The Midwest Stereo eBay Store is an extension of the Midwest Stereo retail location.  We are a family owned Pro Audio, Lighting and DJ store located in Chicago with over 30 years of experience in those related fields.  Our eBay store is generally a method for liquidating certain high-ticket items and other rare and valuable pieces of equipment as well as overstock.  We pride ourselves on our dedication to our clients, providing what we feel is a high level of quality service and knowledge. Payment, Shipping and Return Policies

Payment:

• We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Cashier and Personal Checks, and Money Transfers (Western Union or MoneyGram). Please note: When paying through PayPal, we only ship to or accept payment from confirmed addresses. Any payment from a nonconfirmed address will be immediately refunded and an alternative from the choices listed above will have to be decided upon.  When paying with a credit card, we will only ship to the billing address which must be confirmed at the time of purchase.  Regardless of type, any check will be treated as a personal check, and any item paid for in this way will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.
• We accept international bids purchased with only Money Orders, Cashier Checks or Money Transfers (Western Union or MoneyGram) in USD. Any nationl or international orders that total under $1000 USD including shipping can be paid with Bidpay.
• Payments are due within 7 days after auction end.
• For the fastest processing and delivery, please pay using PayPal (ebay.sales@midweststereo.com).

Shipping:

• We ship via insured UPS Ground with delivery confirmation. If paying through PayPal, we can not ship to an unconfirmed address.
• For international shipping, carrier and charges are determined on an individual basis. Please e-mail andrew@midweststereo.com to arrange.
• All shipping charges, unless expressly stated within the auction, are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions regarding the cost of shipping, please contact me first!
• All import taxes (i.e. VAT, Duty . . .) are the responsibility of the bidder.
• Your winning item will be shipped within 72 hours of payment verification.

Returns:

• All of our equipment is thoroughly tested for functionality.
• We offer a 24 hour return period on used equipment only if the unit is completely non-functional.  We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of item in order for this offer to be valid.  Since we require a signature for all deliveries, we will confirm the time of receipt with UPS in this event.
• We offer a five-day return from date of receiving on DEFECTIVE new items only.
• All other items are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated. All accepted returned items that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• We do not accept software returns under any circumstances.
