We are a nursery that hybridizes and sells our own daylilies. We also sell newer hybrids from all over the country. We are STATE INSPECTED and sell BLOOMING SIZE daylily flowers. Member of the American Hemerocallis Society.

About Me


 Welcome

I started Northern Lights Daylilies several years ago and love all things daylilies. I also have a Ph.D. in molecular biology and do research on how what we eat affects breast and prostate cancer. If you have any questions just drop me an email!


I love my hobbies!


I enjoy many and varied hobbies. I like perennial gardening and hybridizing daylilies. Hybridizing is wonderful. There are just so many different possibilities for new and different daylilies. Each new seedling opens a beautiful surprise when it blooms and I just love surprises. In addition to gardening I also enjoy, running, skiing, golfing, racquetball, backpacking, diving and traveling just to name a few. Thanks for stopping by! Mike

Payment

Payment types are personal check, money order or paypal.

Shipping

We will be shipping between April 9 and May 14, 2007. Shipping is $8 for the first item and $1 for each additional item included in the same shipment. Shipping is by USPS and to the USA only.

Returns

If you are not satisfied when you receive your plant, do not plant it, ship back and we will return your money including shipping.

Misc

We had rust in the past and have a spray program for it but rust should not overwinter in our zone 4 garden. We do recieve many new plants from the south every year and cannot guarentee that what we recieve is rust free so please understand that the risks are the same when buying from us as when buying from a southern hybridizer.
