Going Green: In order to help our environment and planet I use recycled envirocopy paper for invoices, etc. I also use recycled toner and recycled packaging material when applicable! The Priority boxes I receive from the US Postal Service our also made from recycled material.

Test Environment: All items I list are put through what I call an "inspection". I have put together a room dedicated to a test environment. I run through each item, check the condition, make sure it is working properly, and inspect for missing items before it is put up for auction. The items which I am unable to test properly, have a "No Question Asked" return policy, see my Return Policy section below.
Feedback: My main goal is to provide a smooth transaction in which positive feedback is received by both buyer and seller! If there is any problems with the transaction, I encourage buyers to email me immediately so I can work to resolve them in a timely manner. I strongly believe in giving and receiving feedback. Any feedback given is greatly appreciated. Please be advised once the buyer leaves feedback, I will also leave feedback in return! If you don't leave feeback as a buyer, I will not leave feedback as a seller! I do believe feedback is an important way to build a reputation and make decisions on whom to purchase from. I strongly encourage all my buyers to leave feedback after purchasing my items.
Leaving Feedback: I have followed up with many of my buyers in which some are new and don't know how to leave feedback. Here are directions directly from eBay on how to leave feedback:
To leave Feedback:
1. From the left column of My eBay, click the “Feedback” link under My Account. The two columns on the right of the Items Awaiting Feedback view, show the Feedback status for the transaction.
2. To leave Feedback, click the “Leave Feedback” link. The Leave Feedback page opens.
3. Enter the rating and comments for your trading partner.
4. If you were the buyer in the transaction, you can leave additional ratings for the seller.
5. Click the Leave Feedback button.
Payment: PayPal is the only form of payment I currently accept. It is quick, easy, and both the buyer/seller is protected. I will not accept cash, money order, or check (please do not sent email requesting so). Be advised, I will not ship item until payment has been received and cleared! This includes eChecks through PayPal.
Shipping Policy: I will not ship items until payment has been received and cleared! My goal is to ship the same day or next business day when payment is received. However, I guarantee shipping within three business days of payment! Be advised if you do not have a confirmed address through PayPal I may require email confirmation before shipment is made.
Packaging/Handling: I do charge a small shipping/handling fee which is used to pay for packaging supplies (printer ink, tape, bubble wrap, etc). I specify this within my auction descriptions. I charge $1.00 extra per item which is averaged into the total cost. I take a lot of time and effort to prevent items from being damaged. Each item is personally inspected before shipping and I evaluate shipping materials to use.
International Shipping: I do not ship Internationally!
Return Policy: I sell items in "As is" condition during my auctions! When you purchase my items, you get exactly what you see listed within the description. Under the following circumstances, I may issue a refund: I was unable to test the item which does not work (see below), the item is damaged in shipping transit, the item does not match the auction description, or the wrong item was sent. Although any of these situation are rare, please email me immediately so I can work to resolve any issues during the auction process. Upon investigation a return may be issued! Please note, I will not issue returns because customer's are not pleased with the product! I will require item to be returned in the "original state" within seven business days for all refunds! The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. I have a "no questions asked" policy on some of my auctions. These auctions include items I was unable to test properly. I will still require the item/items to be returned in the "original state" within seven business days for these refunds also! The buyer is responsible for these shipping costs. If you received a damaged item, please contact me immediately so I can resolve any issues! Please also keep the item and any packaging in the "original state." This may be needed for an insurance claim. I also reserve the right to ask for pictures of the item or packaging. I expect full cooperation in the claims process in order to receive a refund! Please do not request an immediate return payment. After fully investigating each issue, a return may be issued. Please do not bid on my items if you are not going to comply with these policies.
Returns Further: If you do receive a damaged item please keep the item, the original shipping box, and all packaging material received with it. I have dealt with a few damaged items in which the shipping company has the right to inspect all the above within 5 business days depending on policies. If you do not keep the items, an inspection is issued, and the claim is denied because the shipping company was unable to further investigate, I will not issue a refund!
Shipping Discounts: The more items you purchase from me, the more I will attempt to combine shipping. If you have a question on any combination, please don't hesitate to ask. I will do everything I can to reduce your shipping costs when multiple items are purchased.
Local Pickup: I may offer local pickup for my items to ebay members located in the area upon request only! All payments must be received at pickup time and cleared before any items are released. I will make arrangements for a common public place for pickup due to safety and security reasons.
Item Storage: All of my items are stored in what I call a dedicated "eBay room" which is smoke-free!
