Hi, my name is Mike Lang and I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to utilize eBay as a tool for maximum service to others. I have come to believe that, as my Father taught, win/win relationships should be prized and sought whenever possible in business and personal life.

What the business world calls superior Customer Service, I call just ood business  You see, prior to the advent of Internet eCommerce, Consumers were powerless and had to kowtow to the business world, settling for whatever cards they were dealt. The Internet, however, caused a major paradigm shift in that Consumers can now easily take their business elsewhere with one click of the mouse!  

CONSUMERS ARE NO LONGER POWERLESS!

I have been in Sales & Marketing in one form or another most of my life beginning with the garage sale/magic shows I held weekly in our 2-car   garage when I was 8 years old! That was my first entrepreneurial experience and it was followed by an array of eclectic enterprises leading me to eBay. Ebay seems to encompass all of the best that our free enterprise system has to offer. It is arket drivenand governed mostly by itsparticipants. My kind of business!!!
