Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover under the business names HLM Sales and Miniature Bookshelf.
Shipping: We ship Monday through Friday (excluding all US Federal holidays). Orders received after the mail has been picked up will not go out until the next business day.
All packages are shipped via USPS for a flat fee (unless otherwise specified). In most cases each additional book ship for FREE!!! Shipping includes the cost of the box, labels, bags and postage. We will combine shipping on items PAID TOGETHER only. Any items paid for separately will be shipped separately.
Returns: We promise to provide you with a defect free product unless specified in the description. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving any defective or missing product to make a claim.
You have 3 days to change your mind about an item and send it back. You must e-mail us within 72 hrs and return the undamaged item within 7 days for a refund less shipping and handling and a 10% restocking fee.
