If you would like to collect an item you have purchased from us, please email us to arrange a convenient time. If you've bought something from us you will automatically have our email address, I won't post our phone number here as we are often in and out of the office so aren't always there to answer it.
Office Hours - We are open between 11am and 7pm Monday to Friday. If you email us during these times we will get back to you asap. If you email outside these times we will respond to you as soon as we can on our return. We try to respond to all messages within 48hrs.
Payment - We accept paypal, cheques, postal orders, international money orders and cash on collection (though not through the post). Once you have bought something from us please conact us within 3 days, and make payment within 7. We're decent people, so if you are going to be delayed in making payment that isn't a problem as long as you let us know. If you don't tell us what's going on we'll have no choice but to open up a dispute through eBay, which we would rather avoid!
Posting - We post every day from Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, to be with you within 5 (outside the UK this will of course take longer). We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible and always offer a combined shipping discount. Our postage costs cover packaging materials, time and labour to pack and post the items, and the actual postage costs, and we feel they are reasonable (we don't profit from our postage charges, unlike many others).
Returns - Hopefully you will be chuffed with your Minimum Mouse purchases, but if you do need to make a return then don't worry, we have a no quibble return policy. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition in which you received it, for a full refund of the sale price. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs, nor can we pay for return postage. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons, though if they are faulty on arrival they will of course be replaced.
Feedback - If you are unhappy with your experience of shopping at Minimum Mouse we would be grateful if you could contact us before leaving negative feedback. We always do whatever we can to resolve an unhappy situation, which is why we have good feedback and many return customers. Please wait until we have tried to help before leaving your feedback, and hopefully we will both have something good to say about each other!
Sizing - sizes can vary a great deal from brand to brand, and from era to era. Because of this we always give measurements, and follow a standardised sizing system, which you can see in the charts below. We also give the label size where available.
