If I described an item correctly, there is no buyers remorse. If I described an item wrong, then I will accept a return.
If you chose not to insure a breakable item, I will not refund you the item cost if it is broken during shipping.
We mail within 24-48 hours after payment is received and/or cleared.
Every item that is mailed will have a delivery confirmation if you want to track your own item.
Packing items and charges:
It is our goal your item arrives just as it left us - in good condition, so we try to pack well.
For glass, it is preferred you insure the item as we will not be responsible once it is mailed.
NOTE: Care of glass and pottery purchased: When you wash (pottery or glass) it should not submerge it in hot water.
Use warm water, mild soap and swish the item a few times before submerging into the water. If this is done, you will eliminate future crazing or a crack.
