Since late 1970, Mirasonic, Inc., formally known as Megasonik Enterprises
(Taiwan) Ltd., has been in the Car Audio business. For over 30 years, we have
been searching the most reputable and reliable manufacturers for businesses in
both Europe and North America. Providing sound solutions for cars, home
theaters, as well as hospitals.

By bidding on and purchasing an Mirasonic item, you are noting your acceptance of our
terms and conditions. All images displayed in auctions by Mirasonic are
copyrighted. We do not allow copying or linking any of our pictures in any
manner. No alterations of the pictures are allowed. Pricing is subject to
change.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The products sold in the Mirasonic store are classified as "Brand New with
Retail Packages." None of the products that we sold has ever been used, or
repaired. All products are backed by our 30-day limited warranty less the
shipping price. Please note that the warranty covers product failure only, not
lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact us regarding product issues
before leaving negative feedback. Any damage claims must be reported within
seven days of product receipt.

How to Complete Checkout/Payment
You can access eBay Checkout through the following ways:
- The item listing page - simply click on the PAY NOW button
- Your My eBay page - locate the auction under the Items I've Won section and
click on the PAY NOW button
- The eBay end of auction email - click on the link located under the Buyer, to
complete this sale via Checkout, click here then from the Buyers Payment
Status click the PAY NOW button.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
PayPal
PayPal is our preferred payment option. After purchasing on eBay you may pay
instantly with your credit card through PayPal,
PayPal accepts the following credit cards:
eChecks can take 3 to 5 days to be authorized. Orders will be processed once
PayPal has fully authorized the eCheck payment.
Please note:
- PayPal allows credit card transaction up to only $250 until your account is
verified. After that, you can charge more. The verification process usually
takes 2 days. If you are bidding on multiple items and your bid with shipping
will total over $250, you may want to sign up for PayPal now to expedite your
order.
- PayPal restricts purchases with American Express to $2,500 per buyer per month.
Please plan your purchases accordingly for quick authorization.
Money Order
USPS Money Order and Bidpay.com Money Order preferred. Product shipped when
payment received.
The reason we prefer USPS Money Order is simple. Once you purchase it at your
local post office, you mail it right there. One stop and save you 1-2 days
of waiting time.
Sorry, we DO NOT accept personal checks, COD
(Cash on Delivery), or any other payment methods at this time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is not our intension to make money on shipping. We believe most damages occur
while products are in transit with insufficient packing. In order to have your
order delivered safely, we charge a bit more to cover the packing materials. You
will see a difference when you receive our products.
Days of operation for shipping
We ship all paid order the next available business day (excluding Federal
Holidays).
Most of major carriers observe Federal Holidays, with UPS closed on major
holidays, and USPS closed on all Federal Holidays. We'll not be able to mail
shipments on any of these holidays.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Mirasonic warrants that all products shall be free of defects both in materials
and workmanship for 30 days. The warranty covers product failure only,
not cosmetic damage. If any product is found to be defective, Mirasonic will, at
its option, replace the product in question. Mirasonic assumes no liability
whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use
of or inability to use the products. The warranty period starts on the date you
received your item from Mirasonic. This warranty does not cover lost or damage
during shipping. Mirasonic is offering shipping insurance for $1.50 per $50.00.
In turn, Mirasonic will purchase shipping insurance for you via USPS. All UPS
Ground shipments are covered by UPS Shipping Insurance. Shipping Insurance is
not required to purchase with our products, but highly recommended.
