SHOES
We sell new, used and display model shoes. Please read description of shoes before bidding.
In an effort to give our buyers the most accurate shoe description possible, all of our shoes go through 3 thorough inspections. They are inspected upon arrival, before listing and again before shipping.
A shoe "condition" will be listed in the description. This is an opinion we make based on an inspection of the shoes. We will use the following terms in our listings - these are their meanings:
Display models are not considered new and will be slightly imperfect, they will likely be close to new in appearance. Since they are not new, some will have dusty soles &/or possibly have minor scuffs, scratches or scrapes or signs of being tried on.
Used/Gently Worn/Worn will be most likely a returned item. Expect some wear and imperfections and likely dusty or dirty soles
New shoes will have no visible signs of being worn, no wear or dust on the bottom and most often (but not always) in the original box.
Shoes w/o box (without box) will almost always have some cosmetic scuffs or scratches. These shoes are mixed together unprotected, stored & shipped to us in large boxes. Marks on these shoes occur from rubbing against other shoes in the box.
Please note that before we receive some shoes the retailer will sometimes mark the inside of the shoe with a red marker. In some cases expect to see a red "X" on the inside label or somewhere inside the shoes. We do not note this is in our description. If ink (or any other substance) is located on the outside of the shoes or where it is visible when worn it will be noted in the description.
Please note that some of our pictures are stock photos and not of the actual shoes you will receive.
SHOE AUTHENTICITY
When we purchase our shoes we demand from our suppliers "brand name" "authentic" only. We do not desire to sell factory variants knowingly or unknowingly and therefore we must rely on the honesty of the suppliers to make sure we receive exactly what we ask for.
We have sold many pairs of shoes and had many happy buyers. We ask that our buyers notify us immediately if they feel they have received a factory variant.
If you have any questions about the shoes you are interested in, please don't hesitate to ask questions or request pictures, so that you can make an informed decision and feel assured and comfortable with your purchase.
WHAT IS "OPEN BOX"?
"Open box item" is a general term used when an item arrives to us "open". We have no history on these items and therefore they are listed as "open box". Open box might be just that, only an open box or it can be a customer return, an overstock item or shelf pull. All open box item's are inspected visually.
Buyer's need to know that there is a small risk of buying an open box item, because the history is not known and it may not live up to its full priced retail version. This fact is taken into consideration when pricing these items and that is exactly why open box items are priced so affordable and sold on a "as is" "all sales are final" basis. Please bid accordingly on these items.
All open box items are inspected for damage or missing parts, some are tested. Results will be noted in the item description of the listing. Although every effort is made to be as accurate as possible of the inspection, please know that in rare instances parts could be missing that we may not be aware of therefore, it wouldn't be noted in the description. This is part of the risk of buying open box. Usually open box items are sold so affordable that even if you needed to buy a replacement part, your total cost will most likely still be below retail.
An open box item is not considered new unless noted. Please read all item descriptions thoroughly before bidding, please do not assume anything, if you have any questions please email us first.
Not all item's we sell are "open box", we sell new as well. Always read the entire item description you are interested in so that you can bid accordingly.
Please read return policy located in the "Seller's Instructions" near the bottom of the listing. Please note that all shipping to and from a buyer for any reason is 100% the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.
Shipping & Insurance
We have found that using Fedex Ground and USPS for our shipments is most cost efficient for our buyers. UPS is used on heavier items and in very rare instances. Once your item is processed for shipment, we will send your tracking information to the email address you have on file with Paypal, so please make sure your Paypal email address is current.
All Fedex shipments are insured at no additional cost up to $100. USPS shipments are not insured unless the buyer requests & pay's additional cost for insurance. We are not responsible for uninsured shipments that are lost or damaged and we cannot refund a buyer due to transit damage or loss.
If you need your item delivered quickly (in less than 7 days) please email us so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote for express shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Sales are final on open, used & display items. We do not offer warranty on any item. Any and all item related issues must be reported to us through email within 5 days of the buyer receiving the shipment. Returns on new items must be pre-authorized within 5 days of receiving them and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In order to receive a refund (or in some cases store credit) of the purchase price only,exluding shipping charges, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition, with all original packaging as when it was purchased. Items not returned in the same new condition will be returned to the buyer. Item must be received by us within 5 days after receipt of our response email regarding return. There are certain exceptions to this, but under NO circumstance is any item accepted and/or refunded 3 weeks after the purchase date. Items returned after this time period will be returned to the buyer. These conditions being met, the buyer will receive a refund for the purchase price (less all shipping costs). We encourage buyers to purchase delivery confirmation and/or insurance when returning items, as we are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged.
FEEDBACK
There is NEVER a reason to leave neutral or negative feedback under any circumstances. We strive for honesty and accuracy in each and every listing description. We give an opinion (in the description) based on our inspection and/or testing. If the item you purchase doesn't match our description or if you are dissatisfied, we strongly encourage all buyers to contact us first regarding any item related issue including shipping damage before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Buyers need to know that feedback is serious & permanent and cannot be retracted. Any buyer that leaves a neutral or negative will be blocked from buying.
Due to Ebay's new feedback policy that we feel has shown great disrespect toward their sellers that began in '08 and a has been so serious to businesses on Ebay that thousands have participated in circulating petitions. We in response to their new policy will no longer leave feedback at all for buyers unless they have left us a positive feedback and then request one from us, we will leave feedback, but only under these circumstances.
