I also sell on consignment for a few select people/buyers although I'm very limited in what I will accept to sell.  I would like to keep my listings to under 20.

All items listed are 100% authentic.  I am a My Poupette Recommended Seller (MPRS).

 

 

 

All sales final.  PLEASE ask questions - I love to answer questions about my items!  If you have questions about another seller's items, please authenticate through mypoupette instead of emailing me.

 

UPDATE: Recent feedback rules have made it easy for dishonest buyers to blackmail sellers into refunds and returns. To avoid any unpleasant issues, all buyers will need to contact me with name and phone number of questioning boutique manager immediately upon receipt of item if you have concerns regarding authenticity.  After buyer then contacts mypoupette and pays authenticating fee, they will authenticate item.  Since everything I sell is authentic, there won't be any issues, but I just want to be clear what is expected before purchasing from me. 

Regarding issues concerning condition, please note that many of my items are used, vintage and rarely perfect. Please take this into account when bidding and ask as many questions as you want before bidding.   If you are extra picky, you may want to pay full price at boutique :)

We all make mistakes buying items especially on eBay where we can't see the items in person, but the buyers, not the sellers are responsible for those choices.  If you are extra picky, you may want to pay full price at boutique and see and try on the item first before purchasing.  All dishonest buyers or buyers who cause issues will be blocked and reported to buyer feedback blocking websites.  I love to answer questions & I want happy but ethical buyers!

If Winning Bidder does not pay within 3 days: I do not fill out Mutually Agree Not to Complete Transaction forms any longer due to new feedback policy.  If you don't pay, I must fill out the Non Paying Bidder form on the 4th day to receive my selling fees back from eBay.  eBay will then issue a non paying bidder strike to the buyer on the 8th day.

If something is not mentioned in an auction (i.e. dustbag, care cards, authenticity tag, box, receipt, store tag, and whatever else may be of importance to you, etc.) then it is not included in sale.  Ask before bidding if you are unclear & don't bid until you are satisfied.

International buyers: I'm shipping very few items outside of the US now.  Please note that if I do ship outside of the US, I'm giving DISCOUNTED shipping rates!  Insurance is recommended and included in shipping costs.  Full value of purchase claimed for customs.  You are responsible for any custom fees associated with the full value of the sale which may be substantial. 

 

Per eBay Regulations...INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

* Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

* Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.

* These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

* I do not mark merchandise values below value since US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

 

 

I am not a representative of the products I sell so any issues you have with your purchases after you receive them should be addressed to the manufacturer/designer.  All descriptions including color, size, style, usage/wear and functionality are approximate & personal - my descriptions may not be how you perceive the item or measure dimensions. 

In the rare event that an item I shipped to you is returned back to me unopened by the Post Office due to a wrong address, customs dispute or some other strange event that makes it undeliverable, you will need to send additional postage to have the item resent.  If I don't receive additional postage to reship within 3 months after initial payment, I will refund your purchase less the following: initial ebay listing fees, final value fees, paypal fees, the shipping/insurance costs & in addition to those, a 30% restocking fee.  You must email me within 3 months and re-confirm your paypal email address to receive any refund.  Obviously, this is expensive for you - so make sure your address is correct!
