I have been collecting records since childhood.  I've worked with Philly Music Archives, The Big Daddy Magazine, Grand Slam Magazine, Soul Up North Magazine, Togetherness/NSoul Magazine & Jazzman Records (of which I continue to collaborate with remotely).  I buy/sell/trade/research/DJ obscure records from around the world.  I am not an amateur or a style-biter.  I am Miss Shing-A-Ling & RECORDS RULE!!

RECORD GRADING

All records graded strict (I don't wear shades, have poor eyesight, or look at the records in the dark...
Highest grade used is MINT MINUS (M-), Where the disc appears to be flawless, and plays as such...
VG++ Denotes that there is a very tiny VISUAL scuff or small scratch on the 45 that is cosmetic, and cannot be heard
VG+ Disc has slight wear, a bit more visual abrasions, still a nice disc that some dealers would even grade as M-
VG Disc has average wear, and/or surface marks, will play with minimal 'ticks' (meaning the tick is never louder than the musical passage). Surface noise from wear is very slight, if present ( I always note surface noise if present) and does not distract
VG- Disc has wear, may or may not play better than the visual grade...Disc has scratches and or scuffs, and may have abrasions that "pop" (meaning the scratch is loud or louder than the music)
G "Good" disc has lots of wear, and has some serious visual abrasions. HOWEVER, it will play well enough to enjoy. Anything that sounds destroyed is not a "G" disc in my book.
Whenever a 45 plays better than the visual grade, it is noted via both grades (Looks VG, plays VG++)
If two grades are noted (VG/VG-) that means the "A" side grades VG, while the "B" side grades VG-
All other defects, such as cut-out holes,(co) stickers and/or writing on the label (sol / wol)and a warp (wrp) are noted as listed here. "nap" denotes that a described defect (warp, press bump, etc.) does 'not affect play'.

GETTING YOUR 45's:

In the U.S., packages may be sent via media, first class, or priority mail. If you desire any other options, such as insurance, registered, etc., tell me upon receipt of your winning bid notice, and I will total up the cost (of these additional fees).

Miss Shing-A-Ling's eBay BID RULES:

While anyone can bid, I reserve the right to refuse bids by previous non-paying winners. Those placing bids who have not paid will be removed from the auction.

I don't demand "Next Day" payment like some, but then again, if you don't pay for your winnings in a timely manner (like a couple of weeks at most) you will be banned from bidding in my future auctions, and the 45 will then be offered to the next highest bidder, or re-listed.
As mentioned, all items guaranteed as listed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you must e-mail me to let me know the reason(s), and then we will proceed to exchange the item and monies.
