SHIPPING & HANDLING

• First Item: please check the shipping cost stated at the top description.
  Additional Items: US $7.99 for each additional item.  

    For a combined shipping to apply, items must be purchased within 5 days after the first auction ends and payment must be received in one transaction. Please wait until all the auctions you are interested in have ended. Please do not make payment for those items individually. All items must be shipped in one package.

• Insurance is US $2.00 (or 10% if the total product amount is more than $40) is advisable. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.
• All items are shipped via Registered Air Mail from Thailand with a tracking number; a signature is required upon accepting. If you are not home when the package arrives, there will be a notice left for you to pick it up at the post office. Please specify if you want a Regular Air Mail (without tracking number, no signature required).
• Delivery time varies from 1-4 weeks depending on the country and the postal security issues at that time. Some people receive their package in a week, and some have to wait up to 4 or more weeks. Please don blame us for slow shipping. We do not run the post office and thus delivery time is completely beyond our control.
• After we ship your package, a shipping notification containing your package tracking number will be EMAILED to you. So if you have not received your package, please check your emails before you message us. For US residents, you can track & trace the status of your package at www.usps.com. However, USPS website will only show results when a package has been delivered or when a ick-up-your-packagenotice is left. So don be alarmed when you type your tracking number and it shows o result Your tracking number is valid but your package has not arrived yet. Registered Mail never gets lost, so please be patient and wait.
• You should check the status of your package often (especially if you have not received your package in 2-3 weeks). Because many people claim they never receive any ick up packagenotice and they keep waiting, while actually the package might have been at the post office for a long time. When a package is unclaimed at the post office for a few weeks, it will be returned to the sender. Same thing happens with packages with incorrect or incomplete address.We won't be responsible if this happens.
• So what happen when your package is returned to us? Once we receive you package here, we will contact you. If you wish to have your package redelivered to you, we will send you an invoice for the reshipment fee. If you don respond in 14 days, we will re-auction your item(s).
• PLEASE DO NOT FILE DISPUTE just because you haven received your item(s) or because youe not happy with the product(s). Please contact us first when you have any problems, we will work it out.

PAYMENT

• PAYPAL (Credit Cards via PayPal).
• Money Order or Cashier's Check (US buyers only).
• Once the auction ends, we will automatically send you an invoice via email.
• Payment must be received within 5 days after the auction ends or we will file an unpaid item dispute. Please let us know if you encounter any problems and need to hold payment longer than 5 days.
• Please make sure that you will pay when you place a bid. Please note that when we list an item, we have to pay listing fee to eBay. Then when somebody bids and win the auction, we have to pay eBay a percentage of the sale price. Many unpaid buyers come up with all kind of excuses and tell us they couldn pay for it. Please understand our situation.

RETURN & REFUND

• Please contact us first regarding your problems.
• Please return the item(s) in original condition (at your cost) within 7 days of receipt of package.
• After we have received your returned package, we will refund your winning bid amount. Your refund will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee based on the total purchase price including shipping fee.
• In any cases, your original shipping fee is non refundable. That money is already used to ship your package.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Sizes & Measurements: Garments are measured while lying flat. Measurements are taken armpit to armpit, seam to seam. Our mannequin measured 32 inches bust, 23 inches waist and 33 inches hip. Please give 1 to 2 inches allowance for chest and hips measurements for a comfortable fit.
• Photos: The photos provided are stock photos. There may be variations in the placement of the fabric print/texture/embroidery. We do our best to take accurate pictures. Please note that colors may vary slightly based on the computer monitor settings.
