Welcome to my little corner of the Pacific NW! Just some basics about who I am--I work as a Health Care Investigator for the Washington State Department of Health. Every day is interesting! As a Registered Nurse, I have done over 30 years of clinical nursing now (but who's counting...)This has been a great career, including OB/GYN, Family Practice, Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation & the OR in cosmetic surgery. If I don't get back to an e-mail right away, I am temporarily away enjoying my life & working! I enjoy hiking, bird-watching, organic gardening, photography, playing with all our wonderful friends & family, attending to my 4 cats plus meeting new people and learning new things. I especially like anything vintage! Middle-age is treating me grand and I like being positive, therefore, I like positive feedback--whether it be sending or receiving!
You may wonder where the Missy comes from. It is the name my family called me, starting with my beloved mom calling me her "Little Miss". I was named after 3 girlfriends of my mom, hence the Anne with an "E". I think I am trying to revert back to that simpler time when I was little. The picture I chose is when I used to model for the Bon Marche (now Macy's) in downtown Seattle at age 4. Wonderful memories!! I got my first pearl bracelet then for modeling. I entered the world of eBay to find vintage jewelry and boy, was there a lot. I enjoy wearing it which makes me stand out in a crowd! Whether I am buying or selling, please know that I am an honest, hard-working lady trying to have fun here while trying to work full time as well. Currently, due to the economy and lack of free time, I am not selling, just buying my favorite Coro pieces. Be patient & kind with me and it will be generously returned =) I love my eBay friends and look forward to meeting more of them. I hope to include you in my eBay life soon!
