You will probably recognize many items as very similar to designs offered by the big US retailers (like Pottery Barn, Design within Reach, Restoration Hardware) at about half the price. While the "big guys" also import most of their products, we have chosen to skip the expensive retail space and sell direct to the public. This offers you high quality products at unheard of prices!! We have a gallery of our products setup in our warehouse in Los Angeles if you want to view them first hand.

We accept and prefer VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover on our secure web server. We also accept PayPal, and money orders.
Shipping
SHIPPING - We ship to the contiguous US only. Delivery is to door or community office only; buyer is resonsible for transport inside, placement, and assembly if applicable. Orders generally ship 3-5 days from time of payment. As a courtesy, buyers are emailed with tracking info when the order leaves our warehouse.
PICKUP - Available by appointment, call us to schedule a time.

Return Policy
We have an excellent Customer Service team to help facilitate the enjoyment of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in NEW condition in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt. All returns must have prior authorization. Please note that cancelled & returned orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs (usually included in price) are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and photo evidence is required.
