Thank you for choosing Mitoik. By using our website/placing a bid on our auction, you agree to all the terms, policies and conditions of Mitoik.
Payment/Shipping:
- Buyers agree to pay fixed shipping and handling fees as stated in the auction. Shipping/handling fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. They do not include just the cost of shipment. There are additional costs such as additional packing materials, boxes, labels, labor and fuel charges. Simply do not bid/buy from our auctions if you do not agree with the shipping/handling fees
- Please make sure where you are located and pay the correct amount of shipping and handling fees; the order will be delayed if buyer paid insufficient shipping and handling fees.
If the item was refused by the buyer for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees again to resend the item.
- We accept:
money order/cashier check
personal check (personal check will be hold for 7 business days)
PAYPAL
*(we ship to PAYPAL confirmed address only), PAYPAL accepts most credit
cards
If PayPal with an unconfirmed address, we reserve the right to refuse your
payment or we will hold your order for an infinite time. We will also
refund your payment and charge back the Paypal processing and service fee
(8%) of the total payment amount received
If you still want the product to be shipped to an unconfirmed address,
please choose other payment options (money order, cashier check)
- Payment must be received within 7 days of auction closed, product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days
- All products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment verified, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Mitoik Return policy:
All sales are final
Since all sales are in auction format, ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS are available, we will only issue an exchange for defective items or incorrect items shipped.
In certain case if we make an except for refund there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If you discover damage after you received and accepted the order, you can contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim (if you have paid for insurance). They will reimburse the value of the damaged product to you.
Mitoik Terms & Conditions:
- All sales are final, items are sold on "As is" basis, no warranty coverage is expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Products selling in Mitoik are for auto trade shows, display/off-road vehicles only. Public road and highway uses are strictly restricted and prohibited. We are not responsible for any illegal issues that caused by the improper usage of our products. Please be sure to verify with your local/state department if our products are allowed before placing your order.
- Products selling in Mitoik require professional installation. We do not provide any installation instructions and will not responsible for any installation difficulties and problems generated unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Products’ prices are subjected to change at any time without previous notice. It will not apply to your original order.
- 8.25% Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped within California (CA).

Product/website availability is an important part for our order
processing procedure and your convenience. We spend enormous effort to
ensure our website functions properly and the product availability maintains
in high level. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of website and
products that we are selling in certain circumstances.
When we can not complete your full order (some products you ordered may be
temporarily out of stock), we will process and ship the products that are in
stock
- Mitoik reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason.
- Mitoik Limited Liability for negligence will be limited to the total value of the transaction even if Mitoik.com has previously advised for any potential losses.
- The text contents, pictures, graphics and designs of this website are owned by Mitoik. They are protected by applicable copyrights and several intellectual property rights. You are not allowed to use these materials without express written consent of Mitoik.
