I welcome any ideas or requests to custom make headbands for anyone. Each and everyone of these lovely headbands are made from scratch by me..they are soft, comfy, & effortlessly stylish.

Each headband is cut from the same pattern & fabric which is shown in the photo, therefore what you see is what you get~  The classic wide headband is approximately 2.5 - 3 inches at the widest, and is constructed to fit a 21 -23 inch head comfortably (which is 99% of my woman customers). Feel free to ask ANY questions or submit special requests! However, here are FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & by reading below it may save both of us time so your item will be constructed & shipped to your quicker!


Q: Which international countries do you NOT ship to?

A: Here is a list of the countries that I will no longer ship to due to custom regulations: all countries in the African continent, Brazil(will ship using PRIORITY MAIL at the buyer's expense), Italy( will ship using PRIORITY MAIL at the buyer's expense), Malta(will ship using PRIORITY MAIL at the buyer's expense),Indonesia, and Mexico.

Q; I am an international customer, and my order totals to more than $50.00 & requires insurance. How much will insurance cost?

A: Insurance cost for each international county varies. I will have to package your item & take it to the post office personally before providing the exact amount. However, usually this cost ranges to approximately $10.00.

Q: Do your sunglasses have UV sun protection?

A: Yes, every pair of sunglasses sold in my store are  400UV maximum protection.

Q: My head measurement is not within 21-23 inches, how should I request a headband in my size?

A: You may simply purchase the item(s) of your choice, and indicate the exact circumference in inches after checkout with an EBAY MESSAGE to me(NOT the note to seller box). For example, send me a message saying "please construct my Black Satin headband to 19" inches circumference" immedinately after your payment is completed.



Q: For the Skinny headbands (0.5 to 1 inch), how can I order 1 in a different color/pattern?

A: You may simply indicate the Color or Pattern you would like after checkout with an EBAY MESSAGE to me(NOT the note to seller box). For example: send a note saying "Please construct my skinny headband from baby pink satin fabric" immedinately after your payment is completed.



Q: My item has not been marked "shipped" yet...does that mean it has not been mailed?

A: Not necessarily. Due to the large quantity of orders, I spend most of my time sewing, sourcing fabric, and running to the post office. Sometimes I am unable to mark an item as "shipped" right a way. However, please assure that your item is shipped within 2 business days of payment.



Q: When I click on the USPS tracking link provided by PayPal, why does it say that my order has not yet been received?

A: The same message will remain on the USPS site from the time a shipping label is created to the time it is delivered, at which time it changes to the delivery time, date, and location. The link does not track the route of the package but simply the delivery confirmation.



Q: My headband does not fit me properly...what should I do?

A: You may ship the item back to me with a note indicating how many inches to increase or decrease the headband circumference. Also, please provide a self-addressed envelope for convenient mailing. I will notify the buyer once a returned item arrives.



Q: How long does it take for a domestic order to arrive?

A: Usually first class mail takes 4-6 business days to deliver. This excludes weekends & holidays.


Q: How long does it take for international packages to arrive?

A: International mail takes approximately 14 business days to arrive. Please exclude weekends & holidays. Also, delivery times for international mail is somewhat more sporadic depending on the designating country.



Q: I need my headband(s) FAST...can you send it through Priority mail?

A: Yes. An upgrade to priority service may be completed with $3.50 extra in shipping & handling fee for domestic orders only. Delivery time will be 2-3 business days. Simply request an invoice from me indicating "UPGRADE TO PRIORTY" & I will send a revised invoice to include priority shipping.

Q: I need my item shipped to a different address than what is shown on my PayPal account, what should I do?

A: Please correct your address so that the PayPal receipt shows the correct ship-to address. As a seller, I must ship items to the indicated address in order to be under PayPal's seller protection. In the event that you realize that the address is incorrect AFTER the item has been sent, the buyer will be responsible for the additional postage to have their item re-shipped. .  


Q: Can you do WHOLESALE order?

A: Certainly. Feel free to send me an ebay message & I will reply with information regarding wholesale & bulk purchases.
