All buyers are required to use the MJ Entertainment checkout system to process their orders within 5 days of the auction end date. The Winning Bidder Notification email will provide the required instructions and hyperlinks.
Credit Card and Paypal payments must be received within 5 days of the date the auction ended or you may forfeit your winning bid. Paper payments must be received within 10 days of the auction end date.
MJ Entertainment accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards as payment for goods purchased in our auctions. We also accept Paypal payments.
MJ Entertainment accepts cashiers checks or money orders as payment for goods purchased in our auctions. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
MJ Entertainment does accept eBay Direct Pay as payment for goods purchased in our auctions.
Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Orders are typically shipped
within 1-2 business days of when we receive payment. Shipping rates and
normal transit times are as follows:Domestic Shipping (United
States and U.S. territories)
Standard Shipping (USPS Media Mail): $3.85 for the first item and $1.55
for each additional item.Expedited Shipping (USPS First-Class/Priority
Mail): $5.95 for the first item and $1.55 for each additional
item.Standard shipping normally takes 5-19 business days for delivery to the
Continental U.S. Orders shipped to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and U.S.
territories may take up to 6 weeks for standard shipping. Expedited
shipping normally takes 2-8 business days for delivery and is recommended for
orders shipped to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories
UPS shipping is also available within the Continental U.S. UPS shipping
rates are:
UPS Ground (1-6 days): $8.95 for the first item and $1.95 for each
additional item.
UPS 2nd Day Air: $16.95 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional
item.
UPS Next Day Air: $23.95 for the first item and $2.35 for each additional
item.
Orders shipped via UPS must be shipped to a physical address, they cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Canadian Shipping
$6.50 for the first item and $1.55 for

* Is this DVD new or used?
If the auction title contains the words "BRAND NEW", then the DVD is new and
still factory sealed in its original case. Auctions containing the words "MINT CONDITION" in the title are for previously viewed DVDs. These DVDs have all been checked for quality and shrinkwrapped prior to shipment and are guaranteed to play just like a new DVD.
* Is this DVD a bootleg or a
copy?
NO - All of our DVDs are original Region 1
releases. We never sell illegal or bootleg copies of any item.
* When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of
payment. Keep in mind that we are closed on weekends and holidays. Please
refer to our Shipping terms for approximate transit times.
* How do I check on the status of
my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the
receipt of payment and a confirmed shipping date. Please refer to the Shipping
