If you have time, please visit my Victorian style 8 room electrified dollhouse. My love for needlework shows itself in every room of the dollhouse in handcrafted Oriental petite point carpets, petite point wall hanging, bell pull, pictures and tiny pillows. I also have six miniature Swarovski's Crystal figurines in five of the rooms. My fireplaces are always "on". I change the dollhouse decoration from time to time, and move my dolls around during the year. Most of my dolls are German made dolls, Spanish porcelain Del Prado dolls and couple are hand made by unknown to me artists. It is Christmas in my dollhouse.... Enjoy....

Here is the room by room close-up.
The master Bedroom.

Just to share with you -- the carpet on the MB floor is made from a petite point purse; the wall hanging is a petite point scene, and it might have come from a purse as well.

Next to the MB there is a nice size bathroom w/real marble - mica tiles on the floor, and the Bodo Henning Victorian bathroom set cast iron furniture. Here I also used and "old" petite point purse as the floor carpet.

The Blue Room (because of the blue carpet) is a Library/study room. In this room I have the miniature hand painted picture of the majestic Wawel Castle -- the Residence of Polish Kings in Krakow, Poland (on the left of the tall cabinet), and on the right similar, hand painted picture of the Summer Residence of Polish Kings -- the Palace on the Water in the beautiful Lazienki Park, Warsaw, Poland. On the left wall I have the pictures of my two children. On the fireplace mantel I placed 2 miniature dragons each holding Swarovski crystal. These were Franklin Mint dragons positioned on the large rock I had to unglue the crystal rocks so they could fit for my for my dollhouse setting.

In the Hall the friends of the Family came to visit...The Santa is right behind them...

Next to the hall on the right side there is a Family Room (or a drawing room). This room created a perfect setting for a Christmas tree and the gathering place for the children and the elder of the house.

The living room is located on the bottom floor. Here I also created a family gathering scene. The Lady of the house, Eleonore and her husband Harry are entertaining her parents. Soon they will all go upstairs to open the presents, and sing Christmas carols. In this room I have a pewter Nativity set on the Bespaq fireplace mantel's, and the hand painted miniature picture of the one of the most beautiful churches of Europe -- the Marian Church, Krakow, Poland.

Next to the LR there is a lovely dining room with ornate hand painted lights and beautifully set up table for the Christmas dinner. The table cloth is a small cotton napkin that fits perfectly on this table. Two lovely children are helping to set the table. The carpet is blue petite point needlepoint with tiny rose motifs.

And in the kitchen the cook is busy preparing the last minute necessities. The stove is a German (Bodo)cast iron piece.
