I reserve the right to cancel bids from customers who have a history of not paying, 0-5 feedback, and excessive bid retractions. Buyers with a zero 0 - 5 feedback rating must pay or make arrangements with me within 24 hours of purchase or items will be relisted. Items that are not paid for within 24 hours - 3 days are subject to be re-listed. Items not paid for within 4 days and/or no response from emails sent, and/or no prior pay arrangements made, will receive an eBay unpaid strike. Although I have never had any problems, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance unless insurance is specified in the shipping and handling fees. Insurance is optional & extra, and the local USPS will handle any issues that may arise. I ensure that all items are securely wrapped to prevent any damage. Returns are accepted as store/merchandise credit on any item that may have been misrepresented in the listing unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are not reimbursed on returned items. Returns must be received within 3 days and in re-sellable condition and the buyer is to pay return shipping costs. I will issue refunds as merchandise credit unless prior arrangements are made for returns for credit. I will combine shipping costs on multiple items purchased in the same day.
