Collectibles, Movies (DVD's & VHS), Music (CD's & Tapes), and electronics. |

| Payment Terms |

PayPal unless otherwise stated below in the payments section.
2. Payments due within 5 days of Auction Close.
3. We reserve the right to relist items not paid for within 7 days.

| Shipping Terms |
1.
Shipping will be at the cost of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping via USPS unless otherwise stated.
3. ML'S Bargain Barn ships most items via Media Mail, First Class Mail or
Parcel Post. If you require faster delivery please contact us prior to
bidding for rates.
4. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We attempt to
package all items so that no damage occurs.
5. Optional shipping insurance is available at the buyers expense to cover
loss or damage during shipments. No refunds will be made due to shipping
damage or loss unless you have purchased insurance. SHIPPING COSTS ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE
6. When shipping is to locations other then the USA please email us
before you bid for shipping costs unless the rate is stated in the
auction.
7. Some items not eligible for International shipping. Please see item
description.
8. Payments received by 5PM EST are normally shipped the
next business day. Unless otherwise stated in the auction. Please allow
extra time for weekends and holidays.
9. When payment is made using PayPal we only ship to a CONFIRMED
PayPal address. Should you purchase using a UNCONFIRMED address your
payment will be immediately refunded.
10. Items with a value of $250.00 will be shipped with Signature
confirmation only. |
| Auction Terms |

Most of the items sold by ML'S Bargain Barn are one-of-a-kind items and are
not subject to return unless one is available from our stock.
2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an error in our
listing please email us to arrange a refund.
3. All sales are final 15 days from the date of purchase. |
