We currently live in Dubai, UAE, but we have a US shipping address that we use for most of our eBay purchases. If we pay with PayPal it will show a non-US billing address.
About our auctions
We try to describe the items we sell here to the best of our ability. Generally we sell items that we know how they work, and have even used ourselves so ask us if there is anything you want to know. But assume items are listed as-is.
We are not a business, and we cannot accept returns for items. We also don't giver refunds, or offer exchanges.
We leave feedback only after winning bidders have left us feedback - we've found that is the only way that feedback really works on eBay from a sellers perspective. When we buy we leave feedback as soon as we have received the item(s) and we're happy with them.
We package your item(s) carefully because we want them to arrive safely.
We typically ship USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation and we email the winning bidder the tracking number as soon as the package has been sent.
We typically send out a package within a few days after getting the payment. If there is a delay we try our best to inform you.
We rarely sell in reserve price auctions. If we do we don't reveal reserve prices while auctions are still running.
We prefer PayPal payments.
Comment about negative feedback...
Comment from "shandy0": It took her a week to send us payment information, and that was only after we asked for it again. Then after 5 days she asks when payment will be received, and we say in a few days (that was on a Friday). A check was ready to go the next Monday, but then she had already posted negative feedback without contacting us about it first. No attempts to let us know, or anything. Yes, we were slow paying, but she was also slow getting the information to us. This is not deserved.
Comment from "carolinep": Shipped item arrived damaged, which was very sad. We offered a full refund for the item (excl. shipping and packaging), which the buyer would not accept. Item packaged and shipped as per buyer's instructions. We followed buyer's wishes, and went out of our way to satisfy this buyer, but she doesn't see it that way, which is unfortunate.
We don't think this feedback is deserved, and we hope it will not deter you from entering in a transaction with us in the future. To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
