Hi, I'm Steve Case and welcome to my Ebay "about me" page. The Internet is a wonderful place to find information and products. But, if you are like me, don't you often wonder if the person selling a product has actually succeeded in what they are trying to sell? Unfortunately, most of the people selling information on the web today are only interested in the sale and not the information.
You know, my friends and family used to call me the "opportunity seekers" slot machine. For years, since I was 10 years old, I fell for just about every moneymaking idea and product you could find in the classified section of the business magazines. You know exactly what I'm talking about. Each product, idea, machine, business system, etc. seemed like a dream in the beginning and turned into a bad experience at the end. Well, I got so frustrated after years of failing and gave in to the idea that I was destined to work for someone else the rest of my life. So, in 1985, I joined the military and life was good until 1999. As Paul Harvey says, "and now the rest of the story"...
After 14 years in the military, I realized that my retirement pay was not going to cut it. I knew that 20 years of service was going to be the end for me. I needed a plan to make sure I had enough income coming in when I retired to enjoy the things I really wanted to do...like spend more time with the family, travel, and coach basketball.
This time around the entrepreneurial hunt was much different than my earlier experiences. I spent a few months looking at my past failures from many years ago and analyzing why they didn't work. Armed with this knowledge, I researched hundreds of "business opportunities" and narrowed it down to real estate. I needed to find something I could do "part-time" and create passive income and long-term wealth. Real estate seemed to be the ticket and, believe me, it changed my life forever.
After purchasing one book that cost less than $30, I've been blessed beyond my wildest imagination and have accumlated a portfolio of real estate in excess of $5 million along with a passive income that makes my upcoming retirement check seem like "chump change". That little, down-to-earth paperback book, "Deals on Wheels", written by my friend, Lonnie Scruggs lit the engine on my real estate investing business that now has accelerated to mach speed. I jumped into a real estate niche very few people are taking advantage of...mobile homes. I first starting buying individual mobile homes and then moved up to acquiring entire mobile home parks.
Along the way, I discovered something about myself. You see, I have a job that many people only dream about. I get to fly some of the most advanced flying machines in the world as an Air Force pilot. As an instructor pilot, I've been teaching young men and women how to fly for almost 8 years. As much as I love to fly, my passion for real estate is even stronger. So, it was only natural that I began teaching others how to invest in the mobile home business. What a thrill it is to see someone achieve their dream of financial freedom. I absolutely love teaching others about this business.
You see, I'm not anybody special. Nor am I some real estate "guru". I am just a regular, everyday guy who didn't let a dream die. Someone just like you. Believe me, if I can succeed in the mobile home business, anyone with desire and commitment can do the same. It doesn't even take a lot of money or time to start.

Well, that's my story. I hope that it was an encouragement. As I approach retirement (Nov. 05), I'm looking forward to enjoying my family and hobbies without worrying about financial needs. All of the products I sell on Ebay have helped me along the path of success. I've also created a website where a community of investors help others succeed in the mobile home investment niche...
Stop by and visit us sometime. I sincerely wish you the best of travels on your road to financial freedom.
