Who am I buying from?

Mobile Karma is THE reseller of used and new cellular phones on eBay! We take great care and give utmost attention to our products and customer service, so that when the time is right for you to buy a phone, we're ready to help!


How do I purchase an item?

To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. You will then be notified within 24 hours via email with instructions on how to complete the transaction.


What is your Shipping Policy?

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED REAL-TIME. Shipping address MUST match your VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS or you MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Packages are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday). All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. Combined shipping is done at the seller's discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.


What is your Return Policy?

If there is a problem with your order, please CONTACT US FIRST using eBay messaging. We'd love the opportunity to fix the issue for you. If there seems to be a mechanical, electrical, or programming problem with your device, DO NOT attempt to repair it yourself or take it to a third party for repair without first contacting us. We do not reimburse for third party repairs or purchases. We make all efforts to ensure that the products received are as described. If you believe the item you received is not as described in the auction, notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. If product is defective, a refund will be offered if contacted within 30 days of receiving the item. No refunds will be offered if we are not contacted within the 30 day approval period! Buyer pays return postage if buyer purchased phone in error. No exchanges or replacements are possible at this time. Additional warranties may be listed in the description of the offering. We want you to be pleased with our service and use us again!
