 Hello,
my name is Dave Reynolds and I have been investing in Mobile Home
Parks, RV Parks, and other real estate for over 15 years. In
addition to investing in commercial real estate I have developed the
most popular Mobile Home Park, RV Park, and Outdoor Advertising
websites on the internet today. With the knowledge I have
gained from being a first hand investor and seeing these industries
from all angles, it has helped to propel the investing and internet
sides of my businesses quickly.I did
not start out with the goal of becoming a real estate investor or
website operator but looking back it has been fun and rewarding.
I am a native of Colorado and have lived there my entire life (other
than a brief stint in Texas rebuilding a mobile home park after a
tornado decided to visit). I went to college at Mesa State in
Grand Junction and earned a degree in Accounting and Taxation.
After graduating with my degree I was not ready to enter the
corporate world so I went to Colorado State University to get my
master's degree. While I was in Fort Collins I purchased my
first mobile home park and the rest is history.
Since that time I have been buying, selling,
and operating Mobile Home Parks, RV Parks, a few Self Storage
Facilities, and am looking to expand my ownership of Billboards and
other Outdoor Advertising.
I currently reside in a small town in
Western Colorado with my wife of 18 years and 3 boys. In the
summer when I am not working you can find me fishing in the
mountains, coaching one of my kids at a baseball game, or hanging
out with friends and family for a barbeque. In the winter
(again when I am not working), you can find me coaching basketball,
running the kids to and from school and sport related activities, or
on the road visiting one of my properties or looking for another one
to buy.
Why am I here?
I am here to help you learn from my
experiences (both good and bad) through the resources my associates
and I have put together on these real estate niches.
