Less than 10 Policy
If your feedback rating is less than 10, and you wish to bid or Buy It Now for items that will total over $200, you must call our office between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm M-F and obtain authorization from us to bid and/or to Buy It Now, or your bid/purchase will be cancelled by us, at our discretion. Non-payers make things more difficult for all of us, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Duplicates and Second Chance Offers
All items pictured are the actual items you will receive unless we have duplicates or if the picture is a representation of a "lot" of items, in which case this will always be stated. If you receive a second chance offer that appears to be from us but you suspect it is fraudulent, please call 1-800-362-9004, ext 311 during the hours listed below to verify authenticity. You should also forward it to spoof@ebay.com
Additional Terms and Disclosures
U.S. Postal Service shipping only, with signatures required on all invoices over $50. Tampering or interfering with the mail is a federal offense. We will investigate all claims and prosecute in the event of fraud.
Insurance is included on all orders. At our discretion, we may opt to self insure any order. No claims will be honored by us for any shipment in which USPS or any other carrier indicates a "delivered" status regardless of who, if anyone, authorized or unauthorized, signs for the package.
We ship promptly after payment clearance, but for security reasons we do not offer shipment notification or tracking information by e-mail. Shipping information is available by calling during business hours to the shipping department at 1 800 362 9004 EXT 333.
We communicate best by telephone and can be reached at 1-800-362-9004 Ext. 311 or 355 during the hours listed below. Email responses can take up to 48 hours. The eBay department is closed on weekends and holidays.
U.S. shipping only to U.S. registered eBay accounts within the 50 states. NO EXCEPTIONS. We can not ship to any U.S. Address where a signature confirmation is not available. Sorry, NO APO/FPO Shipping.
Return Policy, when offered, will be as stated in the listing. Refund will not be made until customer completion of mutual cancellation form which will be initiated by ModernCoinMart. We do not refund postage.
If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, item is returned to stock and sale is null and void. Additionally, we may leave negative feedback and you will be blocked from bidding in all of our future auctions.If your purchase is over $1000 you must notify us of how you intend to pay within 24 hours of auction closing. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of sale.
We combine shipping for items purchased in the same day. You will pay a maximum of $11 total, or $18 if over $700, except for Dutch Auctions which will be as stated in listing. Bulky orders may be shipped FedEx Ground and are quoted on a case by case basis.
We will not be responsible for typographical errors and will not honor any sales where a mistake was made in the listing or price.
The coin market is speculative and unregulated. Many areas of numismatics lend themselves to third party grading and authentication. Certification does not eliminate all risks associated with the grading and purchasing of rare coins. Population or census figures quoted in listings are based on information available to us at the time of listing. These numbers are not guaranteed and should not be used as a basis for purchasing any items sold by us.
