Top 6 things you should know when bidding & shopping on my items:
1) QUESTIONS: I try to answer all e-mails with questions
in a timely manner. If for some reason you don't get an answer from me within 24 hours, email me a 2nd time in case it was accidentally sent to spam folder. I will get back to you with a helpful answer A.S.A.P.
2) PACKAGING: I have quality packing supplies on hand for all my items, for DERMATEND users you will receive the item in small shipping box, with NYX Incorporated and address on it (for your privacy) and your name.
3) SHIPPING: Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after purchase (not including weekends or holidays). Orders within the United States are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation, International orders are shipped Express Mail with tracking to the destination Country.
If a package is returned to NYX Incorporated as undeliverable for any reason (except where by fault of the shipping carrier or NYX Incorporated) the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the product.
4) PAYMENTS: I use Pay Pal as my preferred payment method, I also accept all credit cards through Pay Pal. U.S. Postal money orders are also accepted.
5) REFUNDS: If you are not satisfied with your Dermatend purchase, simply return the unused portion within 60 days along with complete name, mailing address and transaction information. Once unused portion is returned, refund will be issued immediately. Only purchase amount will be refunded, shipping & handling fee's not included in refund.
All returns should be sent back Return Receipt through the U.S. postal system or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) NYX Incorporated is not responsible, and will not issue a credit for any returned package lost in shipping and/or not received.
NYX Incorporated CANNOT and WILL NOT accept packages marked as "Refused" or "Return to Sender" for refunds. This is illegal and these packages will be thrown out and no refund will be provided.
6) FEEDBACK: Feedback is very important to me as it should be to you fellow eBay users. Please leave positive feedback when the situation calls for it, if you have an issue with an item please try to resolve it first with me before leaving negative feedback.
