About me
Thanks for wondering about me. I am Jen, co-creator of Mom and Me Creations and all of it's products. We are the proud home of the Pea in a Pod Pouch, Heavenly Mama Pads, Hot Mama Wraps and the Eclecticos Rebozo Pouch. Payments must be made within 7 days of auction end by paypal, or bid pay. I will accept a money order or cashiers check if you can mail it within two days of auction close. I have had to wait over three weeks now for two different money orders to arrive from two different people and do not wish to do this again. Please consider using e-check from paypal if you do not wish to use Visa or Mastercard. It is safe, secure and you and I both know it is in the mail. I try to E Mail immediately after auction close and I expect to hear from winning bidders within three days of auction end. If after three days I have not been contacted by a bidder, I will consider relisting item or selling to next bidder if there is one so please be as prompt in responding to e mail as you are in bidding. For whatever reason, I have had a slew of nonpaying bidders or just unresponsive ones. We all want to be happy in our ebay trading so it is imparative that bidders respond to email or I will assume you do not want the item. All sales are final so please read items descriptions carefully and ask all questions prior to bidding. However if there is a problem with an item, i.e. description does not match what you received, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue. I will try to get all items that have been paid for shipped within 24hrs of payment, Sundays excluded of course. I have bid and paid for way too many items lately that weren't shipped for a week or longer. What is the point of BUY IT NOW if you don't ship it now. Futhermore, if you use BUY IT NOW on my auctions, please intend to pay for it promptly as well. BUY IT NOW closes the auction for any further bidders and is not fair if you do not complete the transaction. Feedback to buyers will be left promptly in exchange for feedback from buyers.
