Important Shipping Information

The post office seems to be forever changing the pricing schedule which makes for a nightmare changing the information in each of my listings every time they do it.

As much as I don't like to use calculated shipping (the calculator seems to glitch quite a bit) all of my listings will have it so that you can see what it will cost to ship to your location no matter if the post office has had a recent change - which they seem to do frequently.  There will be many different types of shipping offered from First Class to Parcel Post to Priority Mail.  Parcel Post is the slowest form of shipping but the savings can really add up if you don't mind waiting a little longer for it to arrive.  I do not charge crazy high shipping or have "free" shipping where I then jack the cost of the item up to cover it - most listings have less than $1 as the handling charge.  Each item offered comes in appropriate packaging, bubblewrap if necessary and has Delivery Confirmation (which the post office charges an extra fee for - on top of the shipping cost).

I happily combine shipping and that $1 (give or take a little bit) handling is not per auction but per shipment.  I say "give or take a bit" as I used to refund any shipping over that $1 amount but that caused confusion with buyers who had to then take time to email me to ask why I sent a refund of 52 cents & did they do something wrong =)   

I list the option of Priority Flat Rate Mail in my listings as many people like to "stuff a box" to maximize their shipping savings.  I will put as much as will fit in those mailers...weight doesn't matter on those.  If the box closes - it's a flat rate price thru the post office.  Those are also an option for International buyers as well. 

Rest assured that all of my items are top quality, shipped quickly & appropriately and I do not gouge on shipping. 

All of my items will have expiration dates listed if it is on the packaging as I do not sell outdated products.  They are all fresh and ready to use.  I am constantly gathering fresh stock so please check back often.

Shipping.......

I have spent a great deal of time researching the boards to see what makes perople happy/upset with this side of winning an auction.  And I believe I have narrowed it down to this....

*Your items will be shipped promptly - within 48 hours of payment, Monday thru Friday.  MOST of the time it is shipped within 24 hours but I have to give myself a little wiggle room with having 2 kids

*It will be shipped in appropriate packaging

*I put Delivery Confirmation on ALL packages and will send you an email with that information

*I happily combine shipping on both auction & store items as long as it's all paid for in one transaction

* I answer all emails quickly, if it seems like I have ignored you - perhaps the messages function thru eBay is glitching again :(
