Thank you for stopping by our little corner of eBay in cyberspace! Momm (Arlene) buys and sells collectibles and other great items here on eBay. If you are looking for the retired Princess House "Windsor Rose" Tea Set or any of the pieces you may have broken, we may have it in stock. Several hundred stereoviews, plenty of glassware, many items of classic clothing and a few real treasures are all waiting their turn at eBay.
Ebay is our hobby, but I take customer service and satisfaction very seriously, the almighty $$$ won't go to the grave with me (but it will buy a great funeral). What I am saying is that my eBay motivation really is the auction, recycling still useful and often beautiful collectibles from former generations and really, REALLY, cleaning out our imaginary Attic, which is comprised of storage sheds, closets, garages and years of accumulation.
Momm (ME) has five children and eleven grandchildren, add Popp's three children and three more grandkids and you've got a Clan! Momm's "boxes" are legendary! The question of what to do with all the "boxes" has always been a family joke. "We'll bury your boxes with you", they'd tell her. Her response was, "I want to be cremated". "Fine, we'll burn your boxes with you!"
Momm says: "Well, I fooled them. Along came ebay and history reversed itself. It may take till almost my last breathe but check back often because we have many years of "treasures" yet to recycle".....
**OUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR AUCTION WINNERS**
We do not charge a handling fee on items that the postage can be calculated on with eBays new feature, and expect only the postage fee to be prepaid, including delivery confirmation of .50 on priority and .60 on first class. To simplify the final cost of an auction, we often state a flat rate. Sometimes it costs us more and sometimes we make a few cents but with the way the usps kept changing things for a while, we find this works best for everyone. **INSURANCE** We never DEMAND insurance, that is your option as the buyer. On irreplacable or very valuable items, you SHOULD insure against loss or damage. Insurance does not track an item. That is what a Delivery Confirmation is for on any item over 13 ounces. So let's be informed and responsible postal consumers.
**FEEDBACK POLICY**
We didn't set the policy, eBay did and so many times we see it ignored altho your success on eBay is measured by the feedback. When we receive your payment (or you receive ours) OR at the latest, when the package is shipped, feedback is to be posted and we sure will do it! When you receive the package, you should post feedback for us if all is well or contact us so we can make it right. We request that you do so. This was the original eBay guideline. Along came someone with a plan and suddenly it was the customer leaves positive feedback then the seller responds. Wait a minute here! The seller is judging the buyers communication and payment speed...what else is there? Are they happy with the tansaction? That's the buyers job. The buyer is judged on communication, packaging, item description, speed of shipping, honesty. A lot I know, but as a seller I know I better do my best on eBay or have a yard sale! I can't, in good faith, expect my buyers to give me good feedback if I didn't deserve it and if I thought that I was a sloppy eBayer, I would demand good feedback and then respond. But that negates the purpose of feedback. So, I do it the original way. I ship my packages, post the feedback for my buyer and hope I have done everything right and my buyer will respond in kind. For my sellers, if they have posted when my package went out, I respond when package is received with glowing feedback describing all the good things about the transaction and/or recommending them. If no feedback is left, I email the seller and tell them I have received the package, all is well and there was no seller feedback to respond to, giving them the chance to do so. You would be surprised as the responses I get...I will write a book. To me, that is just plain extortion and totally negates their feedback to me. After a few weeks, I give a positive OK. The transaction was "OK" but there was no feedback to respond to. Sorry for the LOOOONG winded lecture but darn! some folks just don't understand!

Please read the small print on every auction we post. If you are not happy, you may return the item within a few days in the same condition that you received it and we will return your full payment plus return postage OR an exchange (same value). If we made a "mistaeke", we should pay for it, not you!
