I have had some problems with items not getting to the destination that has been mailed to, especially items being mailed out of the country. I am going to start making insurance manditory. In the long run the important thing is that you rec'v the item purchased in a timely manner and in in excellent comdition. Paying for insurance is the only way possible to guarantee this. Please know that I am looking out for you and want you to always be happy with your purchase and the way you are treated.

I am a mommy of 3 of the cutest little girls in the world, of course I am bias, Kaylee, Brittany and our new little angel Jenna.
