Shipping:

We Love Combining Shipping on Multiple Auctions Won!

When combining shipping on non-bedding items and most other items:
Pay only $5 to ship everything Priority Mail 1 pound and under within the U.S. ($5.25 for Canada) and $6.50 to ship everything Priority Mail 1-2 Pounds within the U.S. ($7.50 for Canada).  **Or, I can ship everything that will fit in the largest Priority Mail Flat Rate Box for $9 no matter how many auctions are won** (U.S. only)  All other combined shipping, please email for a quote with your zip code prior to bidding.
For Bedding Items:
If there is more than one bedding item you see in my store that you want to purchase, please email prior to bidding and I will combine everything into one lot and combine shipping where possible.  I love customizing bedding listings so if there is anything you don't see that you need, please email and I will see about listing it for you.

We keep shipping prices as low as possible. 

We use Priority Mail on most items but if there is a significant difference in price, we give a choice of Media Mail, First Class, and Parcel Post in addition to Priority.  Most items have a flat shipping rate but often on any item 3 pounds or more, we will use the shipping calculator...sometimes even with items between 1-2 pounds.
**Most bedding items will ship UPS and some other bedding items or larger items will ship UPS, Fed Ex, DHL**

Shipping Time:

We ship all items as fast as possible

We go to the post office 3 days a week and sometimes up to 5 days a week and most non-bedding items are sent within 1-2 days of receiving payment.  Most of our bedding items will ship within 3-5 days of receiving payment.

Insurance and Tracking:

Insurance with delivery confirmation is recommended but optional.  Once the package has been sent, shipping is out of my hands.  I have not had many problems with the post office losing packages but it does happen.  I do not purchase a delivery confirmation number unless insurance with delivery confirmation is purchased by the buyer.  I do however keep all post office receipts that show the zip code, package weight, date, and time the package was sent for at least a year to avoid confusion.
Tracking information is provided on bedding and bath items and I try to send the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.

Payment Accepted:
We accept PayPal and Money Orders.  Please do not send cash as it may get lost or stolen causing confusion.  In some cases we will also accept personal check.  No business checks will be accepted.

Return Policy:

We thrive to please all customers so if there is a problem with the item you received, please email so we can quickly resolve the issue.  To qualify for a refund, contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item and item must be returned within 10 days of auction end.  We consider refunds on clothing items only and the clothing item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.  All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the bidder.  In most clothing cases, we will be able to give a full refund minus shipping charges after the item has been sent back in the original condition in which it was received.  If there are any problems, please email prior to leaving feedback.  No refunds can be given if neutral or negative feedback is given prior to contact.  Most of our clothing is in perfect to very good condition but if we do see any flaws, they will be mentioned in the item description.  We are human and do make mistakes but it is never our intention to mislead buyers.  **No refunds can be given on bedding/bath items or wholesale lots.**

Feedback:

Because so many buyers do not bother leaving feedback, we give feedback once feedback has been received.  We usually return feedback within 24 hours of receiving feedback.
