We are dedicated to providing the best products and customer service available.  We DO NOT sell or list anything that we have not examined thoroughly.  Each listing/auction is descriptive and all of our products are in the condition described.

Products:

We sell a variety of top quality & rare jewelry supply products.  Some of our products are new and some are vintage.  We sell new and vintage Swarovski® crystal, Preciosa crystal, Celestial crystal, German etched crystal, quartz, amethyst, chalcedony, opalite, glass beads, hematite, cat's eye/fiber optic pendants, jewelry findings, spacers, sewing (Patterns) so much & more!

We specialize in (New Swarovski) & (Vintage Swarovski) crystal components, beads and pendants.  We endeavor to find the most unusual and difficult to find Swarovski crystals to provide to you.  We only buy directly from Swarovski and reputable Swarovski dealers.  We proudly offer VINTAGE, LIMITED SUPPLY, SPECIAL PRODUCTION & DISCONTINUED Swarovski crystals.

***SWAROVSKI PRICE CHANGES:

You will notice fluctuations in our prices for Swarovski products.  The reason for this is that Swarovski implements their annual price increase in January of each year.

We are expanding our jewelry supply selection everyday to include a variety of brands of top quality crystal and additional types of jewelry supplies.  Some of our new items are:

Store Policies

Payment Information:

Payment is expected upon purchase unless you're bidding or buying other items.  Payment is expected within 5 days of your first win/purchase.  Combined auctions/BIN's will only be combined for 5 days from your first win/purchase. 

Payment Methods:

We accept paypal ONLY.  If your payment is made by eCheck via paypal you will not be notified that payment has been received until it has completely cleared through paypal, this usually takes 2 - 7 days. 

Late Payment/Payment Reminders:

We understand that unavoidable situations arise when buyers are unable to make payment within the 5 day time frame.  We do not view opening disputes lightly and we will not unless we are left with no choice.  We give each buyer ample opportunity to complete the transaction or contact us before opening a dispute in the form of payment reminders.   

Shipping & Combined Shipping Information:

We make no attempt to profit off of the shipping and handling charges you incur.  We charge an accurate shipping rate on all of our products.  In fact many large orders cost us more to package and ship than we are charging you, however we charge this flat rate because we feel you should receive a discount when purchasing more.  For any type/amount of jewelry products your shipping and handling cost will be $4.25 or below.  We do not charge over $4.25 (total) S&H for any bead order (within the U.S.A).  We offer a combined shipping and handling discount for patterns as well.  Your starting S&H price will begin with the highest S&H and each additional pattern added will be $0.50.

Care & Packaging For Rare Items:

We package your rare bead/pendant purchases with the utmost care.  If you purchase vintage items they are shipped in the original packaging when possible (we will even send vintage Swarovski in the original box/envelope if a customer purchases the last of our supply).  When packaging rare and delicate items such as pagodas the greatest care is used.  Rare and delicate crystals are wrapped carefully in a soft tissue to avoid scratching and chipping during transit.  We generally implement 5 forms of protection during packaging for these delicate pieces:  each crystal is wrapped in a soft tissue (or sent in original packaging), dust free zip lock (recloseable) bag, larger dust free zip lock (recloseable) bag, 2 layers of bubble wrapped, packing peanuts added as additional padding.  We treat these pieces as what they are...  Rare & Delicate Crystals

Shipping Carrier Information:

We ship all orders using the US Postal Service First Class Mail unless otherwise stated on the auction/listing.  We will ship priority or use a different approved method of delivery upon request (buyer pays any/all additional charges if this option is requested).

Please note that the US Post Office is closed and does not deliver mail on the following days for 2009:

Insurance:

Insurance is included in S&H charges.

Return Policy:

We are dedicated to providing the best products available.  If you would like to return your product/s please do so in the original condition for a full refund excluding shipping. Refunds will be credited within 48 hours of receiving item/s back. It is recommended shipping in original packing to avoid damage in transit. We cannot refund customers if packaging has been damaged in transit or if the quantity of product(s) differs from what was originally sent to you.

Insurance Claims:

In the event of a damaged package we will provide you with the U. S. Postal Service insurance slip for you to contact them for compensation.

Feedback:

We always provide excellent, prompt and respectful service.  We treat each customer the same regardless of what or how much they purchase.  We treat our customers how we'd prefer to be treated if the positions were reversed.  We ask that you contact us and give us the opportunity to equitably resolve any issue that may arise before leaving feedback.  We ask you to consider how you would like the situation handled if the positions were reversed.  We do the same for you in the form of payment reminders.

Additional Information:

If you would like to know the status of your order please contact us for the tracking number and will gladly provide it to you.  All buyers should receive an email from paypal stating the tracking number of their shipment however if you do not we will be happy to provide you with it.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Why does your auction/listing state free S&H in one spot and $0.50 additional S&H in another?

The reason our auctions/listings reflect 2 different S&H discounts is because eBay only allows us to select 1 standard discount policy.  Because patterns are a higher S&H discount rate ($0.50) we have to select the higher rate as our 1 choice.  We apologize for any confusion this may cause (all buyers are automatically refunded if they're overcharged for S&H - we're very thorough, we're aware this eBay error can occur and we rarely miss it if it does).

If you have a request for a specific jewelry supply bead/pendant/component please do not hesitate to contact us.  We are adding items (vintage and new) to our store daily and may already have what you seek.  If we do not we will endeavor to obtain it for you.
