Per PAYPAL's Policies I had to change mine, I'm sorry folks, but I have been cheated out of honest money five times this past year by remoursful buyers and scammers. The last scam cost me $436.36 This is why you must have delivery confirmation, and now insurance. I also charge $2.00 per winning auction as a handling fee, that is added in your shipping fee. I take your item to the post to get it weighed that is your shipping, then I add delivery confirmation $0.65, then I add insurance, take your winning bid and look below to match your insurance rate, plus a handling fee $2.00. Now you have your shipping totals.
If you live outside the U.S.A. you will be required to buy a poster tube on rolled posters post office rules not mine. I can't use priority box's. When shipping out side os the U.S.A. sometimes it takes forever, and a day even if you pay for air. I don't know why sometimes it is really fast. I have been told by the post that in other countries the post office holds the package untill they get ready to deliver it. That is not my fault I sent it out ASAP, but if you post a negative because of that I will return one to you. I have received several negatives because of a post office problems in other countries that is not my fault.
Some auctions can be combined to save on shipping, some can't because of size or shape. A few items comes from different warehouses. I will work with you any way I can, so why not ask. If items comes from a warehouse sometimes it will take longer to ship than we would like, they may take extra days to get it ready. Take a look at my feedback on shipping. All round white poster tubes are $6.00 if you want them or if you live outside of the USA. They are the white heavy duty ones, not that cheap mess. Please send me your shipping address with item name, and number, This will speed up your order & you will get it faster. I have to buy poster tubes and pay tax on them, At this time I can't find any place that is cheaper, and when I do it is cheap quality.
WINNING BIDDER WILL PAY ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. All packages are sent PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation & insurance. Some items can be sent media mail, or parcel post USPS, and you can also pick up your items at no extra charge. If you live out side the USA You will have your item sent with FEDEX or UPS with insurance. This is paypal rules. I am sorry, I do not have a postal scale at this time, so I can't tell you your shipping rate, unless I state in auction. All packages are weighed at the post office to get accurate totals. Because I try to describe my auctions in great detail & I am giving you plenty of chances to ask lots of questions & ask for more pictures. There is no return policy, sorry. If I in this auction make a mistake in describing the item then you may get a refund, if item is returned in the same condition. This company is a 100% smoke free place. Please email me asking for more pictures, and answers if this will help you on placing a bid. Pictures in email can be easier to see. I know that my pictures are one of the best on ebaY, just look at other auctions. I accept these form's of payment #1 PAYPAL -- (PREFERRED), #2 UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDERS, and #3 cash, all in U.S. Funds. I do not recommend cash, because there is no proof you sent it or I received it, if it is lost in the mail you loose, and you might blame me. I will only accept these three types of payment. Western union will not cash there own money orders so I will not accept them. All money orders with the word international on it cost me $15.00 to cash it. If you send it please add an extra $15.00 otherwise it is just a piece of paper to me, and counts to words a non paying bidder claim. If you make up a shipping total, or forget to send all the shipping, I do charge a fee of $2.50. This usually happens when a customer try's to cheat me on shipping now you understand why I charge the fee. Sometimes a customer thinks they know more than the UPS, or USPS, or maybe they think they can guess the weight of the box. I started shipping box's in March 18, 2000 & I am wrong most of the time when I guess before going to the post. I don't even play that game. If you get a shipping guess or a ballpark total on shipping before buying item. I will get the correct total when item is packaged and taken to the post. So please do not pay until then, so there is no misunderstanding. I will send you the totals. I do try very hard to keep all shipping down. Feedback will be posted after the bidder post it. My computer program will return all feedback given. Most bidders refuse to post feedback I have seen bidders from 1 point all the way to 1000 when you look at the feedback given 0, I have also been told by firemen, preachers, and other officails tell me if I will post it for them they promise I will give a positive point right back in a day. It never was returned. After a 101 points given and never returned I now have chainged my policy. So I never forget anyone, my program helps me to remember, If you post a positive you will always get one back that is a 100% deal. I do hope you understand it from my point of view. When I buy from a seller I expect to post feedback first, no problem for me. I ask you to look at people feedback take a look at what was received then check out what they gave, & compare the numbers.
