Details and Policy
We ship all orders
with the United States Postal Service so your order will come with the
regular mail. International orders go AirMail. We ask that customers pay
with PayPal. From our experience, PayPal works seemlessly with Ebay and
also allows us to assign a delivery confirmation number with your order
to avoid and confusion.
All orders are guaranteed
to arrive to your address in great condition. Defects from printing will
be exchanged and we will pay postage. If you find that your garment doesn't
fit, we can exchange the garment but you must pay shipping for both the
return and the new item. Please understand that we are people, not a large
corporation, and we atempt to satisfy each and every customer's needs.
At times, there will be unsatisfied customers, please send us an email
and allow us time to respond in order to make the transaction right.
If your item is delayed
in the shipping process, there are the following possible reasons:
1. your item is backordered
and we are waiting for stock
2. there is a shipping holiday or demand is unpredictably high
3. the package was lost in transit
In any of these cases,
if the delivery delay extends past 10 business days (domestic orders only),
we will refund your shipping fees. Any item delivered later that 10 days
will be either refunded a further percentage or we'll extend a full refund
