Payment Terms
Payment is due within 3 days of auction close.
We accept PAYPAL only.
Shipping
Buyer pays all shipping/handling costs. We do
not ship on weekends. **Combined shipping costs are
always offered on multiple auction wins to save you
money (Items can only be combined up to 7 days).**
United States Buyers
Shipping/Handling costs for U.S. bidders are
listed within the auction. Insurance is optional (except
where noted), but highly recommended. We cannot be held
responsible for lost or stolen items - USPS delivery
confirmation is provided with EVERY shipment (Delivery
Confirmation service is not available for APO/FPO destinations.)
International Buyers
If you are outside of the U.S. and wish to
bid on an auction listing, please contact us with your
mailing address and the item's name/number and we will
get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping
cost. Shipping costs will be based on USPS Global Priority
Mail rates (this service may not be available to certain
countries based on Import restrictions) and will also
include a handling fee. PAYPAL is the only form of payment
accepted. Please note: Shipping an item internationally
may take considerably longer than doing so domestically.
International buyers will be responsible for any duties/tariffs
that may be applicable. Unfortunately, insurance cannot
be provided for International orders; therefore, we cannot
be held responsible for lost or stolen items once they
leave our hands.
Packaging
In being environmentally responsible, Moondrop Clothiers will
re-use boxes and other packing materials as much
as possible. Fragile items will arrive protected using
either clean plastic bags, tissue paper, newspaper,
and/or bubble wrap in order to prevent these items from
being damaged in transit. We encourage you to re-use/recycle
these packing materials instead of throwing them away.

All Moondrop Clothiers' auction sales are final. Please check measurements on clothing carefully
before placing a bid. If there is a store mistake, please contact
us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make
things right.
Returns
In case of store error, we will only accept returns reported to us within
(3) days of the item's delivery. Items
must be returned in original condition. Refunds will not be given
until the item is returned and examined. We do provide refunds on return shipping costs for store mistakes ONLY.
