When will I receive my items?
To find the approximate delivery date, add the processing time shown on this listing, to the shipping time of your chosen carrier. Most non-personalized items are shipped the next business day. For international orders, allow up to 5 days processing time, plus 1-2 weeks shipping time. Add 1-2 weeks for personalized items. If your event date is close, we will make every effort to deliver in time. Please contact us for shipping options for a close date; upgraded processing and shipping is available on most items.
I am interested in purchasing wedding favors, and the listing says there are "More than 10 available." Do you have enough for my wedding?
You can check our inventory amount by entering the quantity needed, into the shipping calculator. If you are able to calculate the shipping cost for your needed quantity, then we have them in stock. If not, contact us for availability - we can get more of most items, usually within a week.
What will my shipping charges be?
We charge the actual shipping cost, which varies depending on the weight of the item(s) and destination zip code or country. No handling fees are added to US orders; a $6.25 handling fee covers paperwork for international orders. To find the cost of shipping, you can use the shipping calculator on the listing (under the pictures). If you are interested in items from multiple listings, and would like a shipping quote prior to purchasing, please contact us with a list of items and your zip code or country.
Is combined shipping available?
We will combine shipping on any of our items - whether you are purchasing several items from one listing (favors, for example) or items from several different listings. The total shipping cost will be the actual cost, which varies depending on the total weight of the package, and the destination zip code or country. To buy items from multiple listings, click 'buy it now' and commit to purchasing each item, then complete Ebay checkout only once, after the last item has been selected.
Will taxes or customs fees be added to my order?
For any items shipped to the state of Connecticut, 6% sales tax will be added at checkout. We do not charge tax for orders shipped to any other state or country. On international orders, there is a $6.25 handling fee. There also may be taxes or customs fees due at delivery - we cannot estimate what the charges will be, as they vary with each country, the type of item, and the value of the items. We will not ship your items as a gift to avoid customs fees; the actual sale price will be shown on customs forms.
What are the available payment methods?
Payment may be sent by Visa or Mastercard (through our secure website, or by phone), or you can mail a check or money order. Customers in Canada can pay by credit card or by mailing a money order in US dollars. All other international orders must be paid by credit card.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipment?
We highly recommend that you add shipping insurance. UPS or FedEx shipments automatically include insurance, but USPS shipping rates do not include insurance. If an insured item is lost or damaged, we can file a claim and replace it or refund your payment. We pack items carefully, but cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.
Are returns accepted?
Any non-personalized item can be returned for any reason, within 7 days of receipt. It must be received in re-sellable condition, in its original packaging. Personalized items can be replaced if we make an error; they cannot be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
