We really didn't want it to come to this but we have had lots of issues lately with people who just don't seem to understand how e-Bay works, and that we mean what we say.
The following are the TERMS & CONDITIONS when buying from us. If ya don't like 'em, PLEASE don't bid.
Due to recent issues with "newbies" not paying for items, if your feedback rating is less than 15, payment will be due with in 48 HOURS of auction close, via PAYPAL ONLY.
That way, if you do not pay right away, we can re-list and sell the item to someone who really wants it. Of course if we re-list it, you get negative feedback and an unpaid item strike from e-Bay.
For all others, payments must be RECEIVED in 7 days. If you are sending a money order or cashiers check, you MUST notify us of this within 2 DAYS of auction close. If we do not hear from you by DAY 3, about a pending PAYPAL payment or money order that is on the way, we will send you a second invoice. If we have to send you a SECOND Invoice, your shipping will increase by $2. Day 5 we will send a third invoice. The THIRD Invoice will rise your shipping another $5. It is all about communication, nothing less and nothing more!
Negative feedback WILL BE LEFT if you fail to complete the transaction you COMMITTED to in good faith.

We ship within 5 days , depending on our life outtside of e-Bay. Don e-mail us nasty grams cuz the auction ended 4 days ago and you don have your item yet.

going to be a hostage to feedback, or blackmailed by it.

This whole issue with people not understanding that we mean what we say is getting old. We are adding this message to help make it perfectly clear - we can, will, and have canceled bids and refunded the PAYPAL payments of those we do not wish to conduct business with. We also have a very lengthy Blocked Bidder list, and will put a buyer on it if we choose not to sell to them. Um, ok, as for what we do for our buyers, our feedback speaks for itself Careful Packing, Fast Shipping, and Friendly correspondence. We also don overcharge for shipping. We offer combined shipping whenever we can. We hardly ever use reserve pricing and our opening bids are usually very, very low. As for a return policy we don have one. All sales are final. We accurately describe what we sell, and we usually have several photographs of the item, clearly showing any and all flaws that it may have.
THIS MAY ALL SEEM A BIT EXTREME, BUT NOT ALL E-BAYER ARE HONEST AND THEY DON KNOW HOW TO PLAY NICE. IT TOO BAD THEY RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE ELSE. WE ARE NOT WRONG IN HOW WE CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS; AFTER ALL, THIS IS A BUSINESS, FOR US. WE AREN GOING TO SHOW UP WHERE YOU WORK AND TELL YOU HOW TO DO YOUR JOBPLEASE RESPECT US AND OUR POLICIES, IF YOU CAN, DON BID.
BTW THE WOMAN THAT SENT US THAT E-MAIL HAS BEEN BLOCKED, SO SHE WON HAVE TO WORRY HER LITTLE HEAD ANYMORE ABOUT HOW WE CONDUCT OURSELVES, SINCE SHE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO BID ON ANY OF OUR AUCTIONS.
UPDATE: We also recently got an e-mail from another person asking us to put her on our blocked bidder list, just so she won accidentally bid with us in the future!!
