Our GuaranteeWe are a regular, real business, operating to regular business standards. As such we offer a seven day "no questions asked" return policy on any item we sell. Simply return the item to us in its original, resalable condition and we will promptly and cheerfully refund your entire purchase price on the item. Shipping PolicyWe ship every day that the Post Office ships. That's Monday through Saturday except for public holidays. Get your cleared payment in to us by noon Eastern and your item will be on its way the same day. With Priority Mail shipping most of the time you will receive your shipment 2-3 days later anywhere in the USA including APO/FPO, AK, HI and PR.To calculate combined shipping payments, take the highest shipping amount of the items you've won and add $1.00 per additional item ($1 domestic, $3 Canada, $5 other countries). The combined shipping offer only applies for auctions listed under the name "MooseCreekGear" and paid for in one combined payment through the eBay checkout system. The shipping service for international items is indicated in each auction. While we will happily ship to any country, you will only receive it through customs if it is legal in your country, so please check before bidding. Service time varies from country to country. Payment PolicyWe accept all Paypal payments, and money orders in US Dollars only. We will hold money orders until they clear before shipping unless drawn on a major US Bank.We send invoices 8 days after your first win (to allow time to win additional items and combine shipping) and payments are due within 3 days of the invoice.
