What's Going On?
The woman I've lived with for the last ten years took her life in April of
this year. I'm finally cleaning house so I can sell our home and move
elsewhere. Most everything you see for sale now are items that I'd like to
pass on as I clear the house for moving. In addition, I have several of our
cats that I must find homes for as well. If you can give a good home
to one or more of my cats,
I'd be extremely grateful.
What is a Mopacfan?
Mopac is the abbreviation for Missouri Pacific Railroad. I grew up in Glendale, MO and was
privileged to live near the Mopac tracks that ran through Kirkwood. As a boy, I always loved watching the Jenks Blue locomotives rolling through town and running over the Carondolet Subdivision. Only the mainline is still active under the Union Pacific, but the memories will last forever.
