MOUNTAIN SHADOW RANCH
Welcome to my ranch, home of adopt a sheep and my Fiber and Yarn Shop in Creswell, Oregon..
I have been raising rare breed cotswold sheep and a few special other sheep for their wool for over 10 years. I name all my sheep after Star Trek Characters and do not eat the sheep or sell them for meat. I sell the sheep only to people who will not eat them. I also will adopt my sheep out for spinners and knitters who want their own sheep but have no place to keep them. I charge a small monthly fee and take care of the sheep. The sheep you adopt will then write you throughout the year and send a photo of themselves to you. At the end of the year, your sheep will send you it's fleece that has been carefully washed by me. I have also made arrangements with a nearby wool mill to have the fleece processed further all the way to yarn, if you want. About me, Teresa
I've been a spinner and a weaver for 15 years. My grandmother taught me to crochet and knit as a little girl. I also do some felting and needle felting and love all the fiber crafts! Due to my love of fibers, it has led to my opening a true shop on my ranch for people to visit and purchase just about everythign you see listed in my eBay store and many more goodies that aren't listed in my eBay store!
