Please allow me to introduce myself.
I'm Ken and I live in southern West Virginia with my beautiful wife of 28 years. We're originally from the Lexington, Kentucky area, but we've lived in West Virginia for 17 years. We have 3 sons(24, 20 & 13) and a eight year old daughter who rules the house! I'm a Master Electrician and I own a small electrical construction company. We contract for the Kroger grocery company and work in West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina.
Because of my job, I'm on the road a lot and I'm usually working long hours out of state. Many times I'm at the mercy of poor internet service at some of the motels I stay at, so there may be a delay in answering a question. I always try to answer all questions within 24-48 hours, but sometimes it's impossible due to my work schedule or internet service. Please be patient with me and always use Ebay's message center or "Ask Seller A Question" for the fastest response.
However, there's never a delay in shipping any purchases out. This is a family business and my wife handles all of our shipping. The kids help out, but she's the shining star! Just check out my feedback and the detailed sellers ratings and you'll see how good she makes me look! With rare exceptions, we ship purchases out 6 days a week and if payment is received by 8AM, it will usually go out that day.
I know my store doesn't look as professional as many others on Ebay, but I can promise you that you won't find a more honest seller. I always charge the lowest shipping possible and have the best combined shipping and return policy on Ebay. I will never hold your feedback "Hostage" or require you to leave it for me before I leave it for you. I believe this is a practice by many dishonest sellers who, even though they can't leave a negative feedback anymore, withhold feedback so they can alter the content. The way I see it, once you pay in a timely manner, your part of the transaction is done. I always hope you will leave feedback for me, but it is never required. I have always had this policy of leaving feedback first and I have over 15,000 total feedbacks without any negatives. Honesty is the best policy and I believe my feedback policy and score reflects that. Does this mean I'm perfect and never make mistakes? Of course not, but it does mean I always make it right. I'll always refund your complete purchase price, including shipping both ways, for any item you're not 100% completely satisfied with, for any reason. The way I see it, you won't be out a single dime for any purchase you don't like. It's the only way I know how to do business.
