Auction Shipping Rates
First Class without Package Protection* is $7.50
First Class WITH Package Protection* is $8.50
International Shipping Priority is $20.00; Package Protection is not available for International Shipments.
We do combine shipping. Add only $2.50 for each additional knife won, paid for and shipped together within a one week period. The order MUST be paid for and shipped together to qualify for combined shipping.Payment Options
West Virginia residents must add 6% sales tax.

(All the necessary stuff we have to ask you to read..we know it's boring but it is necessary!)You will receive an email from us within hours of the auction ending. This email will contain all the information you need to complete the transaction. Please read this email before asking questions, as all of your questions will be answered in that email.
Payment must be received within 10 days of auction closing, or the item will be relisted and buyer forfeits all rights to purchase.
Your knife comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to your manufacturer's warranty if you should have a problem with your item.
* Package Protection. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment unless you purchase Package Protection. Mountain State Cutlery does offer Package Protection to cover you in the event your package is not delivered or is damaged during shipment. Package Protection is more efficient and timely for our customers than other services. Package Protection offers you either a refund or a replacement, whichever is less, for your item if it is not delivered within 15 days of the ship date. Online Delivery Confirmation is used for all shipments, which allows both the seller and the buyer to determine when and where your package was delivered. If your item is damaged, we will initiate a claims processing dialogue with you. Upon return receipt of the item (at buyer's expense) you will be reimbursed for the purchase price or issued a replacement for the item, whichever is less. Warranty issues are not considered damage and are not covered by Package Protection. In the event the item is no longer available, you will receive a refund. Please note: We are not responsible for errors made by the shipper, such as delivering your item to the wrong address. We are not responsible for any loss if it is determined through online Delivery Confirmation that your package has been delivered. .
Return Policy: You may return your item ONLY if it is defective or if you receive the incorrect item. We do not keep an inventory of items, therefore, returns will be settled by a refund of the purchase price only upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
