(2.) Do you use stock photos and generic information about your items like most other sellers do? NEVER. All photos in moviemark's listings are actual scans or digital photos of the actual items for sale. No stock photos here and no generic product reviews, either.

(3.) How long does shipping take? Due to the high price of gasoline - we now ship ONLY once a week on either Fridays or Saturdays. EXAMPLE: If you purchase an item early in the week on either Sunday, Monday, etc. - that item will be sent that following Friday or Saturday. or; If you purchase an item on Saturday (before noon) using PayPal or if payment recieved in the mail - that item will be sent that day!

(4.) Why no feedback after I paid you? Moviemark is always happy to leave positive feedback after the entire transaction is completed. But as a seller, I do not give a buyer a feedback immediately after payment is received. Nor do I give out feedback first. Because it is ultimately the buyer's decision if the transaction was completed in a professional, courteous and timely matter. Feedback will only be given in response to the buyer's feedback given to me. Sorry, but there have been just too many times that I gave a feedback first and never received one. As a buyer, I do follow this rule. The end result of any transaction should be the customer's FINAL satisfaction which should be reflected in the feedback leaving process.

(5.) Customer service and other questions? We respond to your emails, answer questions, and provide help, usually within 1-24 hours. Please Note: There may be unforeseen circumstances which may take a little more time in replying to your requests.

(6.) How do you feel about bootleggers who constantly get away with selling ILLEGALLY COPIED videos on and what are the warning signs of a bootleg pirate? I despise BOOTLEGGERS! They are the SCUM of the Earth! I am proud to say that I am a member of the Anti-Bootleg Alliance (ABA). I do my part to report any COUNTERFEITERS that I see on . Sometimes we are successful at getting illegal auctions ended and the seller tossed and sadly, sometimes not.

HERE ARE THE WARNING SIGNS OF COUNTERFEITER SELLERS ON :

* COUNTERFEITERS NEVER say "ORIGINAL" or "ORIGINAL BOX". (BEWARE because they SOMETIMES say "BRAND NEW" or "SHRINK-WRAPPED"--- but NOT "ORIGINAL" or "ORIGINAL BOX".) You now know why!

* BE AWARE THAT DVDs ARE ALSO COUNTERFEITED LOOK OR ASK FOR THE COMPANY NAME ON THE BOX OR DISC OR VHS TAPE CASSETTE.

* SCRUTINIZE SELLER FEEDBACK. Buyers are often afraid to give NEGATIVE, or ashamed to admit they got duped. BUT THE CLUES ARE THERE JUST LOOK.

* SCRUTINIZE THE SELLER OWN PURCHASES YOUL OFTEN FIND THAT THEY RECENTLY BOUGHT DUBBING MATERIALS, LABELING ITEMS AND BLANK CASES ALL TOOLS OF THEIR TRADE.

* Beware of SELLER SALES OF 5 OR MORE COPIES OF THE SAME RARE FILM IN THE PREVIOUS WEEK OR TWO.

* Beware of SELLER USE OF EBAY "private auction" this prevents anyone from WARNING THE POOR BIDDER HE IS GETTING TAKEN.

* Beware of a LOW "BUY-IT-NOW" TO SUCK IN THE BARGAIN HUNTERS. CHECK SELLER RECENT SALES TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE SOLD COPY AFTER COPY TO PEOPLE THEY HAVE DUPED!! (COPIESOT ORIGINALS!!) (REMEMBER what MOM said: "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!")

* Beware of SELLERS WHO DON ANSWER YOUR INQUIRIES OVER ORIGIN.

* Beware of SELLERS WHO USE expressions like: "BOXART" and "Color ART" and "Color INSERT". These words SHOUT: "COUNTERFEIT!".

* Beware of SELLERS WHO say: "Sorry, our distributor does not provide cover art for this title" -and- THE NOW CLASSIC LINE, "Tape comes in a plain white box. Please ask questions before bidding." (Their "distributor" is the kid up the street with his finger on the "RECORD BUTTON"!)

* Beware of SELLERS WHO say: "As a rule, we personally check every copy we receive to verify that it is not broken or damaged in any way"? OF COURSE NOT--- they just recorded it on their home machine!!

* Beware of SELLERS WHO say: "This tape is being sold on consignment." WOW! Selling the SAME TITLE over and overOR A FRIEND! Then they add: "ALL SALES are final except in the case of defects". (There aren any physical defects, as it on a brand new blank tape from K-MART!)

* Beware of SELLERS WHO have their feedback rating set as (private)! This means they have got something to hide! (Perhaps too many buyers complaining that they purchased an ILLEGAL BOOTLEG video!)

* DON RELY ON !!! YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF! Their counterfeits are illegal AND WORTHLESS to a real collector. IF YOU ARE DECEIVED BY A COUNTERFEITER, PLEASE DON'T BE ASHAMED OF BEING DUPED---- GIVE THEM THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY DESERVE!
