immediately. However, if you cannot find the answer here, we'll be
happy to answer your question directly (see below). Personalized
answers are generally answered quickly but there are times it could take up to 72 hours to receive, so please bear with

If you have won a "buy it
now" auction: All pertinent information regarding your eBay
transaction will be contained in your email you receive from eBay. All questions regarding the exact amount you owe, shipping options, etc. will be answered
there. Simply follow the instructions in the email and you will have everything at your fingertips.

How long does it take to receive my confirmation email from eBay?
Most confirmation e-mails are received from eBay within a few minutes after the end of the auction. However, due to occasional problems with electronic media, it may take up to an hour to receive your confirmation from eBay.

We offer the following options for shipping. Our eBay items are sold and shipped to US and Canadian buyers only :

ECONOMY SHIPPING: $3.00 (usually received in
8 to 16 business days).
ADD $1.50 for each additional item.
US
STANDARD SHIPPING:
$7.00 (usually received in
4 to 8 business days).
ADD $0.50 for each additional item.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
: $9.50 (usually received in
2 to 3 business days).
ADD $3.00 for each additional item.
CANADIAN SHIPPING:
$6.00 (arrival time will varies according to location).
ADD $2.00 for each additional item.
Average delivery time based
on order volume and distance from Philadelphia, PA. Business days
are Monday through Friday.
(Note: US Economy Mail sent to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take much longer)

What happens
if there is a problem with my order?
Everything we sell on eBay is 100% guaranteed and we
will do whatever we can to make your shopping experience a happy
one. Mistakes are rare but they could happen. If you received an
item in error or if you should receive a video that is defective or
improperly manufactured, return it to us with a copy of the invoice
and an explanation of the problem within 30 days and it will be
replaced with an acceptable copy of the same title.

What is your
policy on feedback?
We will be happy to provide positive feedback. Our
policy is that we only leave feedback after someone leaves it for
us. By receiving feedback from the buyer, we know that the
merchandise has been received and the transaction is completed.
Since we do 1000s of auctions each week, we find it more convenient
to do feedback once a week or so and catch up on all of the nice
folks who have left feedback for us. Our customers are understanding
about this and are willing to leave feedback first. If you are a
buyer who expects feedback being left as soon as payment is made, it
won't be possible for us to follow through.
