I am a specialist collector of the Rhodesia Double Head Issue who, with others, has been involved for some years in a detailed study of the head and frame plate flaws that occur on these stamps. I am a member of the American Philatelic Society and the Rhodesian Study Circle, and have co-authored detailed study manuals on plate flaws of the 2 and 10d Double Heads. These manuals were awarded a Large Silver Medal at ILSAPEX in Johannesburg in 1998.
