Hello and Welcome to my About Me Page!
Zip helped me add some fancy stuff to this page and Rhinestone helped me with my store. Thank You, Zip and Rhinestone!
That cute boy is our only child and the light of our lives! I have been a stay-at-home mom to him since he was born and he is now in 2nd grade.
The sweet puppy is my "second child."
Happy Winter and Happy New Year! Time to start thinking about any winter vacations you may be taking. I am currently selling Designer Brand Tees and Beautiful Designer Sunglasses. I am also adding some children's things and I am in the process of hunting down those great designer fragrances and toiletries.
My Store is called Moxa's Designer Chic. Stop by for a visit!

MOXA'S TIPS FOR SAVING:
1. Never pay someone to do something you can do yourself. This includes things like window washing (hate it), bathing the dog (very messy) and home pedicures (again very messy!). If you can't do it yourself, try to find someone who can that you can trade with. If that fails, at least have a coupon. That leads to #2...
2. Never pay retail. Always find a sale, use a coupon, get it used, or find it on E-Bay. This includes things like clothing, movies, video games...
3. Shop around for a good deal especially on things like auto and home insurance, cell phone contracts / pre-paid cards, and telephone service (hint check out Vonage or other internet phone service).
4. Eat out as infrequently as possible. Bring your lunch, snacks, water, juice, whatever with you so you won't be tempted by fast food. If you want a "treat," find a coupon. When you order pizza, have a coupon, and go pick it up. That way you won't have to pay the delivery fee or the tip.
5. Use a pump for things like dish soap, hand soap, shampoo. That way you limit the amount you use. Also, with hand soap and dish soap, re-fill with store brand and add about 1/4 water to 3/4 soap and shake it up really well.
6. In the summer, set your thermostat to 79 degrees. You can always drop it down a few degrees if you are being active. Close the blinds on the side the sun is shining in on. Close up any rooms you don't use very much. In the winter, set your thermostat to 68 degrees, and open up the blinds to let the sun shine in.
7. Water your lawn before 10 am or after 6 pm. Most lawns only need about 2 inches of water a week. If it has rained, keep that in mind. If you have automatic sprinklers, turn them off if it has rained and leave them off for at least a few days. Set your sprinklers for twice a week, 10 minutes per station. Then keep an eye on it and see if it needs more. Watch out for chinch bugs. They make your lawn look like it is dying from lack of water, but it is actually a bug killing the grass. Get lawn spray that specifically says it works on chinch bugs.
That's all for today! Have a great one! :)
