RECENT NEWS
For those of you that may have missed the news, the U.S. Postal Service will be increasing their postage rates AGAIN on May 11, 2009. This will be the second postage rate increase in 2009. Please try to make your purchases before the rates increase!!
We've recently re-checked our inventory, and have re-priced our ENTIRE store so that we're competitive with others on Ebay that are selling similar items. Our store is different that most, in that we give you the opportunity to negotiate the purchase price of an item through the Ebay "Best Offer" feature. All of are auctions offer you the option of making an offer.

Due to the recent rash of fraudulent transactions that have been occurring throughout Ebay with international buyers, we have significantly reduced the number of items that we will ship outside of the domestic USA. Negative Feedback
Negative feedback is a fact of life when doing business on Ebay. We do our best to try satisfy every customer, but on rare occasions, things happen that are beyond our control. With the number of transactions that we handle, it's difficult to satisfy all of the people, all of the time. We take our business seriously, and hope that you as a buyer take your business as seriously. Please feel free to ask questions about any item prior to purchase. We do want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase!
For those of you that may be unaware with Ebay's payment policy, we do adhere to this policy, very strictly. The buyer is given 7 days to remit payment, at which time, a non-paying bidder claim will be filed. We realize that there are circumstances in which life is more important than Ebay, and we will work with you if you need more time...as long as you communicate with us. However, intentionally stalling (and I'm talking to you clg2052) will be dealt with accordingly.
Realize that any neutral/negative feedback left will be responded to in kind.
Shipping
The shipping rates that we charge our customers are some of the lowest on Ebay. However, please realize that postage isn't the only cost included in a shipping rate. Shipping cost includes:

In other words, if you've remitted $3.50 for shipping, and the label on your package indicated that $2.20 has been paid for postage, the difference has been factored into the charge, based upon the list of costs stated above.
We are NOT responsible for any damage that the USPS incurs on your parcel while it is in transit. We ENCOURAGE our buyers to purchase shipping insurance!
IMPORTANT: We have recently added the SHIPPING CALCULATOR on several of our auctions. Please BE SURE that you pay the CORRECT amount of shipping on these auctions. We ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REFUND incorrect shipping costs. If you are unsure of the shipping cost, please wait for us to send you an invoice.
Be sure to select the correct option when using the shipping calculator. The FIRST CLASS rate will be selected when only 1 (ONE) item is purchased. FIRST CLASS shipping SHOULD NOT be selected when more than one item is purchased.
Select PRIORITY or PARCEL POST rate when purchasing 2 or more items. Selection of one over the other should be made based upon speed of shipping and cost.
The Ebay Shipping Calculator is VERY EASY to use. Just enter your zip code, and the quantity of the item that you wish to purchase, and your shipping quotes will be calculated.
RETURN POLICY
If you are disatisfied with your purchase in any way, please notify us immediately. We will not issue a refund unless the item is returned to us, in its original packaging, within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of shipping the item back. (Many buyers on Ebay feel that the seller should be responsible for paying for to ship the item back; we treat this issue the same way that any retail outlet would. For example, if you were disatisfied with a purchase from Wal-mart, you wouldn't expect them to drive to your house to pick up the item, would you?) Finally, a $2.00 handling fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
NOTE: We have a very, very small Ebay store. We generally DON'T carry a huge amount of surplus inventory; hence it is generally our policy to NOT replace items that you are "unhappy" with. With the appropriate proof, we are happy to provide a refund of the item cost.
