Postage is payable by the buyer both ways and is non refundable.  Fees, I am not sure but they keep going up so buy now save on the fee's I must say That E-bay Created a nightmare when they allowed non buyers the chance to put a check mark on one of your items and most of the time no one buys that item . We are a record source for other people so they can sell their items ,We should be paid $1.00 per check mark if the item dosen't sell.

If E-bay can raise their fees we the sellers should have a say in what we allow we pay e-bay an arm and a leg so why now 10 check marks per non members. BS.
