DO NOT NOTIFY ME VIA THE EBAY AUCTION CHECKOUT.  I have my own software, that you will receive your notification and instructions for payment.

1. All items are what I believe to be authentic to the best of my knowledge. 

2. Items have been described to the best of my ability and are sold "AS-IS," without warranty.

3. Please ask all questions before bidding as this is an auction and all sales are considered final.

4. For items that are shipped insured, it is the buyers responsibility to settle any claims with the carrier.

5. For items NOT shipped insured, the buyer accepts full responsibility for damage and/or loss in shipment.

  6. If you select to use my AUCTION CHECKOUT, all transactions will appear on your card statement as BLACK OAK ARMAMENTS.

7. Shipping within the USA will be by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Unless the item is large or heavy, then shipping will be by UPS.

8. Shipping outside the USA will be by USPS registered airmail. This may take more time, but is the safest way.
