I have been in the gem in mineral business for 40 years and have been exploring Afghanistan and Central Asia for 38 years. For twenty years I promoted gem events in cities throught the USA. My experiences and education is described in two books I authored "Gemstones of Afghanistan" and "The Gem Hunter-True Adventures of an American in Afghanistan."
I'm president of two companies, GeoVision, Inc and Gem Hunters Corporation, which are involved in exploration, mining and the wholesale of gems and minerals. In addition I have served as a consultant for the US and Foreign governments.
